Best post black Friday stop...Or anyday. Pizza, beer, cocktails out of keg, wine and seltzers.

I didn't get any food so I can't speak to it but the beer list was big, all independent and the tender knew his stuff and was very friendly.

Our go-to place for a beer (or two) and pizza or wings supported by a great atmosphere. Met a number of nice patrons there I now call friends. The ownership and management are wonderful people. They know my beer preference now and recommend new beers that they think I'd enjoy. 95% on target. (Yes, I am talking about you, Tony. :) Don't snub the Root Beer or wine, you'll find a pleasant surprise there.

Extensive beer and cider list with LCD displays showing clear prices and pour sizes. The 16 oz beer pours are priced higher than others nearby. Cider pours seem smaller. Food menu is average, mostly bar food. The number of pizzas was confusing given the pizza business next door. Why compete instead of collaborate? We are still exploring taprooms in east Vancouver.

Taps is a really relaxed and inviting place to enjoy a beer and chat with others. The staff as well as customers are down to earth and make the stop in an enjoyable experience. Pretzel bites with beer cheese is a new favorite.
