The prices are very low for how large the portions are. The vegetarian options are really good. I like the breakfast burrito with no meat, the cheese enchiladas, or a veggie burrito. They don’t serve coffee but you can get it at the gas station nextdoor.
I read about this excellent food cart in Dining in the Couve. It's the same owner as Don Angel. I ordered a machaca breakfast burrito with no potatoes. My son had a breakfast burrito with bacon. Both were very good. Although I like Don Angel's a bit better. I saw a banner on the building next to the cart saying that Taqueria Don Jose coming soon. The lady in the cart said that once the restaurant was open they'd move the cart somewhere else. Check out my profile...
Food is good, but the service of the staff is horrible. The lady who takes the orders legitimately cannot hear anything, feels like you have to shout to get your order across. Might be time to put someone else at the front.
