Found this place on accident! Im glad I did too. A lot of the best mexican food can be found in a restaurant in the back of a mexican store, and this is one of them! Portions big, price low, quality was perfect!!

This is a cool little shop where you can find all sorts of Latin goodies. The quality is generally very good and the staff is super friendly. The only downside is prices are a bit high (compared to non-specialty stores, so it's kind of expected). I can recommend this store with no reservations and I will definitely be a returning customer. While Google classifies this place as a restaurant and there is a small dining area, it's really more a specialty grocery store.

Very good food here and prices, it is a store and there is a restaurant inside which is very good. Decent prices and there salsas are very spicy. Tried to get some tamales but they sell out so quick every weekend, have to try when they open!

I ordered 3 Sopes, A large bottle of Guacamaya hot sauce (difficult to find in Vancouver. Very laid back atmosphere. They probably never have issues with customers. Their prices are still reasonable. You can order a pound of Carnitas for $9 and make burritos for the family for a little bit more.

Taqueria Mexican Market is part store and part eatery. I ordered the spicy pork burrito. It was pretty good. Especially for the price ($8.59). I would probably go with a steak burrito next time. My first time going and it was a good experience. Nice selection of different Mexican foods, candys, and drinks. There is fresh meat for you to take home and cook or you can order some tacos with rice and beans they are delicious, get the carne asada tacos with Spanish rice and beans mmmm yummy. Also the service is good they were all friendly to me even though I am white and speak no Spanish and lastly the ladies making the food behind the counter are so pretty I will be going back for sure.

The best market in Vancouver wa
In the same shopping mall as sportsman warehouse,tamales are sooo good and fluffy decently priced,you can find carnitas per the pound,fresh tortillas on Saturday only and fresh bread daily, I’ve been going here for a decade and the same family runs this business,ALSO breakfast burritos are to die for wish I was closer.

Thank you to the person who mentioned the Taqueria Mexican Market near the 500 and Fourth Plain Blvd. Wow! This is a gem of a place. Awesome, flavorful, huge machaca breakfast burrito (at a decent price point), tons of fresh bakery items (bakery on site), and any kind of Mexican ingredient you would ever need or want including meats, dairy, and produce. They even have piñatas and cakes! Lots of tamale flavors! $2.50 each or 6/$15 or $30 per dozen! I'm blown away by this place. Everyone was so friendly. Please give this local, family-owned business a shot to earn your business. They're doing things right!
