I was really excited to try this spot after seeing several recommendations on Reddit & Yelp as “the best Thai food in Vancouver.”

Unfortunately the food was very bland & sweet. Even after ordering at the highest spice level, we couldn’t taste any spice. This was true across all dishes.

The plating/presentation was good, but I’d rate this Thai food as below average / average. It’s fine if it’s not spicy, but the bigger issue is that it’s sweet. For what you’re getting it’s overpriced unfortunately.

The pros: incredibly friendly to dietary restrictions and extensive menu options. They are able to cater to gluten-free, vegan, etc, and more. The menu is very long, with more curries like sweet mango red curry, avocado green curry, and some interesting set dishes.

Overall, I would not come back. If I had to order again, I would probably order takeout for the noodles & add some spice at home. I much preferred the noodles to the curry/soup (very sweet).

My wife was impressed with the sushi, and she's hard to please, being native born Japanese.

It's an ok place. The food was kind of bland but at least it arrived hot! The prices kind of pricey for what it is. It isn't the first place I would order again from, though.

Been coming here for 23 years. I no longer live in the area, but every time I visit, I make it a point to come eat. While the menu, decor, and surrounding area has undergone numerous changes since I first starting eating here, the food has remained phenomenal.

Food was pretty good. Not anything to write home about. But if you’re in the area and want some Pad Thai, I would recommend.
