The place was a hidden gem, the old fashion was refreshing . They have $2 off on appetizers, can’t wait to try it for breakfast ?

wow! what a great place to eat! went in the morning and the service was fantastic! The cook, Gabe I believe his name was, even made it a point to come out and see how I was enjoying my meal! Justin was attentive and quick to help with anything I needed! 10/10 service, would definitely return!

Card reader doesn’t work , shower dirty, hair and dust on coffee cup lids. Staff kept laughing after I made multiple trips to get my key fixed and carrying my belongings to a door that is still broke almost three years since my last stay there. Beautiful place great amenities but too expensive and need new housekeepers
One of my favorite best western hotels. The staff here has always been great. The rooms are beautiful as well as the amenities and the bar. I just wish the rates hadn't gone up, but I do understand the economy.
The young lady at the front desk was the sweetest, most thoughtful person I have met in a long time. She made the end of a stressful day comforting. The morning chef made an excellent breakfast after a restless night. I was very comfortable there. Quiet and welcomed my dog!
This was a great hotel and was very nice compared to other BW locations I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My partner and I ended up getting sick during our trip and decided to leave early and they allowed us to cancel the rest of our stay without being charged, it was such a relief! Will definitely be back next time I am in the area!
It isn't glamorous but not many hotels are these days to be honest. This hotel offers clean rooms, friendly staff, a great location, they have a happy hour time, a bar, good conference room space if you need that. There is not a free breakfast offered but you can order breakfast from a menu and it is prepared fresh. It's not the best breakfast you've ever eaten but it is good. If I were to go back out again, I would definitely consider staying here again.
Best Western has upped their game! Nice facility with great amenities, the rooms have everything you need. You can tell the management team goes out of their way to make every guest feel comfortable and at home. We will definitely stay here again. Super location as well with many restaurants and entertainment nearby.

This is their bbq chicken quesadilla & rice… I’m not joking this is how I opened the box ? basically just bbq chicken & greasy chopped up tortillas slopped in a box with a brick of hard cold rice. Not a drop of cheese in the box lol I’ve never seen quesadillas be made without cheese or actually cooking the tortillas. The apple juice was good though ??♀️
We have family in Vancouver, Washington. So we always look forward to going to the Northwest to visit them. Although there are many choices for hotels, it’s always a crapshoot regarding what you’ll end up with and what you’ll pay for your stay. Best Western Premier hotel was a pleasant surprise. It’s located in a business area so it’s fairly quiet. If you’re looking for the over the top frills hotel, this is not the one for you. No landscape pictures on the walls and no complementary continental breakfast. What you do get is a clean, quiet hotel with a staff that is aimed to please. The frills might not be there in abundance but you will leave refreshed knowing that you have found a hotel that caters to what people really want in a hotel experience. Did I mention that the pool and jacuzzi are salt water filtered? That alone is why we will return
More than enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were in the process of moving out of our house and needed a pet friendly location before we started our drive cross country. I’ve traveled a lot with my dogs and I’ve never had such a nice pet friendly room! Our pups loved it and so did we. The hotel was super clean & front desk staff was amazing. Only wish we had been able to partake in the on-site bistros food. It looked and smelled fantastic.
Took grandkids for the pool which was great. Perfect temperature… not too cold. Received pre-check in by email. Wanted $15 each for a wonderful breakfast ordered off the menu. What we got for our $45 was a “buffet” with a great variety of items .. all of which was cold. The orange juice tasted like water with orange food coloring. I would definitely return to this hotel but would highly recommend walking across the parking lot to the Big Bear Diner for any meals.
DO NOT let "premier" fool you. This place is horrible. Ate dinner in the lounge, every item was cold, undercooked, or overcooked. There is no breakfast, you have to pay for the same nightmare food in the lounge, even the fruit garnishes were moldy. The doors slam so hard you'll never sleep so bring some noise canceling head phones and some sort of floating bed. Avoid the sofa sleeper at all cost along with the tattered scissor cut sheets. The fridge in the room can't even hold the to-go container I had from another restaurant. The staff is slow or just not there, and if you ask for anything you are greeted with some attitude. If you are going to be paying these prices, go somewhere else.
