Coffee was good. But the lids for the cups! For the love of God please fix the lids from popping off so easily. Every time you touch the cup the lid flys off. Its the most annoying thing ever. Especially the risk of spilling it in your ride.

Used to be a regular here but they are absolutely inconsistent. Sometimes put whip cream, sometimes don't. Sometimes charge for it. Ordered a granita and didn't get ice... lol. Too expensive for y'all to be doing that. Lost a regular.

I'm writing this review with a sour taste in my mouth (literally). I have frequented The Human Bean since moving to Vancouver earlier this year.

I've had some sporadic food quality issues but overall it's been good. I went to this location and grabbed drinks with a breakfast sandwich. I made it through most of the sandwich before taking a bite that tasted like it had been soaked with perfume. Leaving my wife bewildered as to why I was gagging. She could also smell the perfume in the sandwich.

To avoid future problems, I'll turn to other coffee shops.

Decent coffee and service, not unreasonable considering the market segment. I only drink blended coffees here in the afternoon for a treat. They have never messed up my order!

They changed their breakfast sandwiches and permanently removed all the existing choices. The new sandwich is on a hamburger bun and lacked flavor. It was very bready and over priced. This used to be my morning go to. $8.09 for a sad sandwich on an untoasted HAMBURGER BUN and water. I'll be back when they change the menu back!
