Wow, great HH on a Friday! Got there early, around 4:30, I recommend this btw. Old fashion, Sazerac, and lions nail. Highly recommend the old fashion and the lions nail! The lions nail was so good! I had the mushroom burger and it was one of the best I've ever had and I've had a lot. 6 high quality drinks and the best burgerand fries for$85 in today's time?? Sign me up! Again get thier early because when I left it was packed!

The whiskey selection is excellent. Our service was just so awful. I ordered a pricey pour of whiskey and the bartender gave it to me in a dirty glass. I then watched her pour the whiskey from the dirty glass into a clean one. Despite being a health code violation, it's just rude. I don't want to pay to drink someone else's lipstick residue. She spent the rest of the night rolling her eyes at our group and generally being hard to track down for service. Will most likely never go there again if that bartender is working.

This place is excellent. Their old fashioned drinks are amazing, and they have lots of variety. There's a huge variety of whiskeys. The service there is phenomenal! The bartender is extremely knowledgeable and makes excellent recommendations based on your preferences. The atmosphere is lovely. There's a great ambiance the lighting is just right. Everyone there is very friendly. The food there is good as well. The Shanny fries are great for sharing and they are very loaded. The bison sliders are also really good as well. My husband and I had a wonderful time eating and drinking here.Parking: There are only four or five spots so parking in front of the place is hit or miss, however, during the evening and weekends parking on the street is free.
Stopped in for a hot toddy, but it came out tepid and unsweetened. I've had better toddies at airport bars. Weird for a whiskey joint.

Vancouver has a Whisk(e)y bar! Yay!!Excellent selection in both breadth (Bourbon, Scotch, etc) as well as depth. Knowledgeable staff that can both converse and guide very well. Great atmosphere, clean and orderly. This place is attached via courtyard, a side project of, and shares the kitchen with Shanahan's, one of my favorite dive bars. I was a little skeptical of how well they would pull this off and they did absolutely fantastic.
Staff is friendly and attentive. Theyappear to know the regulars. good old fashions. There’s a variety of whiskeys, but I haven’t sampled those yet.

The venue was appealing, lots of whiskey. The service was lacking. We arrived at about 4:45 and there were only 2 other sets of 2 customers. We had to "interrupt" the bartender to get any service. Not quite sure why he was so busy... After we received our flight and drink order, business picked up, so I understand why he was busy then but he never came back to check on us and we had to go stand in line to cash out. Since we had a whiskey flight, one would have thought he would have started the tab already. No suck luck, so again waiting while he had to search for the items we had in order to create our bill.

4.5/5 Great cocktails, service, and quality ingredients for pub food. Entrees and small plates, fair pricing, happy hour is until 7. A friend and I shared bison sliders, a caprese inspired garden salad, and sweet potato fries with spicy mayo. When I say great service I mean the bartenders refill your water without you seeing them, and promptly meet any requests competently and politely. They're also tough and protect the space and patrons, which is amusing to observe when they have to handle random foolishness from drunk folks. They have dedicated regulars as well who clearly enjoy the service and drinks. I wish the space was a little larger, but I also didn't spend any time outside where there might be a covered patio area, potentially shared with Shanahans (same owners).Vibe is classic pnw, generally casual, a blend of cocktail bar meets local pub, you can dress to either, there were people in jeans and clean workwear and people in sporty cocktail attire, and there is a sports screen running, but only one so it doesn't dominate the space. Lots of folks having quiet chats.

This place rocks. Joe the bartender is totally cool. He is very knowledgeable about the whiskey they have there too. The happy hour food is the bomb. The potato skins with the corned beef's on top is awesome. I really liked the steak bites with mushrooms. The Cesar side salad on the happy hour menu is delicious and big portions too. The beers here are really good and there is a wide variety of beers to choose from. This place is probably one of the best happy hours around. I am gonna have to come back here more often.
