I really wanted to love this place. I thought it was more of a cornmeal/cracker crust but sadly it wasn't. The toppings are good however I think the crust needs some tlc.
Traumatizing They made a mistake, and instead of admitting it, and apologizing, the manager, screamed in front of Other patrons When I drove there to try to calmly figure it out, he had a power struggle with my husband, who was upset about us, at one point hung up on us. For not getting the correct order delivered correct again and he Flipped out, and called us names, and refused to fix it. Or believe that the customer is always right Inappropriate rude Appalled should not be a worker let alone a manager in customer service, or in the public at all, screamed at us, threatened us. Out of line disrespectful inappropriate uncooperative unhelpful shameful. Unacceptable. Poor customer service.

Pizza tasted fine but not fresh. The place is really dirty and sticky. Everything you touch it's disgusting. I will not be back due to the cleanliness of the restaurant especially since the kitchen looked to match the restaurant.

Before it was Megabite, it was smoky Pizza. And they have maintained the same quality that Smokies had. Every single time I go in there it is just as good. Plus the Employees are very professional and friendly. I appreciate good service and these guys definitely provide that as well as a fresh good pizza that my family enjoys. Thanks
