This place is heaven! Love every single flavor.
Stopped in for some dessert after a long hot day. The place was packed. But I was pleasantly surprised by the short time it took to place our order and receive it. Very rich and indulgent choices on the menu. It was a little expensive for some of the selections, but on a hot day, it was just what we needed.
With only two places to get ice cream along the waterfront, this place was obviously busy. Finding a table outside was pretty easy though. We ordered a Mermaid shake (they were out of candy sticks so they subbed a mochi), and a bowl of “cookie dough”.
The shake was, as promised, stunning. Vibrant, and intensely sweet. It was fun to share. The cookie dough was not what I was expecting. This was my first time trying “cookie dough” and it was fluffy and really sweet. We decided it just tasted like frosting with flour in it. Five of us finished one shake and 2/3 of the small bowl of cookie dough- the dough was just too filling!
(The cup the milkshake comes in is a keepsake- there’s a sink inside to wash it out, and they have bags to carry it away.)
Ridiculous that they don't offer water cups with these incredibly rich desserts. They could easily offer cups so people could fill up at the sinks they have available for washing the ice cream jars.
Super cute and presentable
Ordered the Dough Nit coffee and cream 😋 very sweet but great as a once in a while treat.
Parking : not easy
Location : clean
Great employees!! Terrific ice cream creations in mason jars you get to keep. I freaking love this place. I only go here once a year on the anniversary of not being homeless anymore. But I love it
Overpriced and mediocre
I bring my elderly cousin here every week for a white chocolate/marshmallows milkshake and it always puts a smile on her face.
Andrew is absolutely amazing. Always on task and smiling.
Thanks for the memories
The milkshakes looks super cool really good atmosphere very nice staff, but the ice cream does not taste very good and it is very expensive
The ice cream is overly sweet and lacks taste. Way overpriced for what you get. Restrooms lack toilet covers (there is no empty dispenser either) and the towel dispenser was empty. Restroom looked unkept. Our table outside was dirty, in spite of the fact that the place was almost empty. Nice view of the river, that's why 2 stars and not 1. I will remember to ask for a taste when I go to ice cream shops in the future.

We love ice cream! The yard has the biggest and best milkshakes around! We love the creativity of the different options. We also like their edible cookie dough.
What a great experience!!
My boy got the cereal killer.
It looks good for the gram and is located in an area with lots to do, but you'd honestly be better off going to the store, getting a tub of your favorite ice cream and some milk to make your own shake at home. Overly sweet, unreasonably expensive and dirty/sticky environment.
I didnt like ordering a cone with 2 scoops of ice cream and then having to wait for it for close to 20 mins. There were other customers but they weren't that busy and the customer service was MEH. When I finally got my ice cream it was tasty though.
Extremely mediocre, but also somehow extremely overpriced. It makes for pretty pictures, but that's all. One of those places that makes food to be photographed for IG and nothing else.
