Had to give this place a 1 star only came in to beat the salt and straw line, saw that it wasn't too busy. Came in and stood in line for 10 minutes, the two worker did not greet us or acknowledge us while we were waiting, they proceeded to do what they were doing, the line did get a little long, due to whatever the employee were doing, after feeling ignored, we proceeded to leave and waited in line at salt and straw. My first time here was great, but it looked like after a year, the service has gone downhill. Please train your employees to be attentive to their guest!

I think that the price is worth what we received and it was a nice experience. They were pretty busy when we got there but we still got our treats in a timely manner. I would definitely go back again. They also have to vegan

My daughter loves it and what they provide is good, if over the top. When you're a big national chain that charges $20+/person for dessert I suppose you have to be over the top. Most of the people that work here are pleasant but at times it is surprising how slow it can be.

For what they use to make their milkshakes, it seems very over priced. They have big barrels of store style ice cream. They do have a couple options now for vegans though, instead of just one. We originally were going here, but decided to go to the ice cream shop a few stores down that makes their own ice cream. After seeing the ingredients here I figured it was something I could easily make at home way cheaper.

This place is way overpriced. Presentation is nice. But way over price for the plain ice

I recently visited this ice cream shop and had an extremely unpleasant experience due to a rude employee named Savannah. From the moment I walked in, she had a dismissive and hostile attitude. When I asked her a question about the menu, she rolled her eyes and gave a curt response. Throughout my entire interaction with her, she seemed completely uninterested in helping me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Not only was Savannah's customer service severely lacking, but the ice cream itself was also just okay. I left the shop feeling disappointed and disrespected. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment and would strongly advise others to steer clear as well. The ice cream may be cold, but the service here is anything but sweet.

For such an expensive drink I was given the wrong order but didn’t realize until I was home. The workers seemed annoyed we were there and were loudly gossiping in the back room which made getting help difficult. I will never go back.

$20+ for a milkshake scared us away. Other items were similarly priced.Response to owner:Since no one was behaving the way Meg Ryan did at the deli in "When Harry Met Sally" as they consumed their desserts, I fear that even with current inflation $20 is outside our comfort zone for a milkshake.I'm not saying your offerings aren't worth it to some folks... And should I come into a large fortune ($250,000,000+) I will give returning definite consideration. But in all honesty, at a gourmet supermarket they had a selection of $100 a bottle soy sauces, and that's your competition should my finances undergo such a dramatic shift. Also going to Paris to buy chocolate mousse.Or to put it in another way: We were looking on Maps for dessert / ice cream, not designer jewelry one can eat. Thus as "what we were looking for" = 2*. As what other folks are looking for quite possibly = 5*. 3* is the compromise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our designer milkshakes. The staff was very friendly and it was fun to watch the kids' faces when we received our shakes. The hardest part was deciding what to order and where to start on the milkshake. Other menu options are available. It was nice to be able to rinse out the free glass and wash our hands in the sink provided when we were done.Parking: Parking was a little difficult to navigate in the parking garage with kids in tow. Where and how to pay, elevators, and how to get back to our vehicle.
