If you are not an old time regular...take a hard pass. Rude staff horrible drinks. Mediocre food. Sad that a cool dive bar is not so cool.

We've been coming here for a WHILE. after watching the long greasy hair guy make our food... We probably won't. I'd hope that the health department evaluates what is happening here. I have never seen a more disgusting cook. Wiping his nose constantly, touching his hair, playing on his phone, no gloves, no hat and NO HAND WASHING OF ANY SORT! Do NOT order food here. It's disgusting!

Not a huge fan of this bar but my friend's enjoy it so I'll stop by and meet them every once in awhile because I enjoy the bar next door. Staff is not friendly, drinks are not that great, the bar has such a weird and unpleasant smell to me and the woman's bathroom is so tiny. They do have games inside and I saw that they do game/trivia nights there but have never been to one. They also have our door seating which is good for summer nights. It's all street parking since it's located in downtown Vancouver.

We just left this hole.. Beware: they don't have a CHEF here, just an ex McDonalds fry cook.. Most $3.00 frozen dinners from Fred Meyer have much better flavor and you can microwave them HOTTER than the dry, cold crap they serve at this hole.. We'll never return.. They only have 2 bimbos working the bar and food service for the entire place and one bimbo is 9 months PREGNANT..!! You CAN'T pay at your table you must get in line at the END OF THE BAR and wait 40 minutes to pay your bill so you can get out of that hole.. We didn't leave much of a tip since we aren't returning.. :)

The bartender was extremely rude when I didn't order In her "designated "order" area. I said oh well. no one here , can you just crack me 2 beers.... She said I was being "rude". Talking to people that go there all time I guess she is extremely attitude and has an attitude all the time.

My review is very personal. So anyone reading my review and wondering if this is a cool spot to go to the answer is yes in my opinion. I loved this spot. I had been to this bar maybe 3-4 times I'm not sure. Each time I had an awesome time. Today, I go into the bar and the bartender Katya who is absolutely gorgeous and great each time I went in, unfortunately and very clearly mistook me for another human that she supposedly 86'd out of the bar. She tells me as soon as I walk in, you aren't allowed in here and I was told not to serve you. By who? Since when? The last time I was in this bar was with my dad and we had a nice time, we had a couple beers and I ordered fries, ate my fries drank my beers and we went home. Every conversation I've had with Katya has been a lovely one. I may be a black woman but you are not allowed to mix me up with another person of color and give absolutely no reasons why I am not allowed to be at a bar I've never gotten too drunk at, never disrespected anyone, never argued with anyone in this establishment, always paid my bill and always had a chill time. Every conversation this bartender Katya and I have had has been great. I have always always made sure to tip well above 20%. I am not okay with being treated that way after always having a cool time there. Either A she is drinking or B she is on drugs or both or C she is just racist and confused. Either way it is incredibly effed up and I'm disgusted and disappointed. Obviously never going back because I can't change the color of my damn skin or convince someone I'm not the other person of color they are getting me confused with. It's 2024 and it's a damn shame this happened at all.

Cool bar but the red head bartender has a bad attitude. Spent 60$ on food was asked to leave because I didn't buy alcohol. I went there for football will never go back

Definitely a yoko loko thing, which is a bit amazing considering the location...and confirmed the way the bartenders, especially the day shift gal (Jessica I believe I heard someone say, absolutely rude), treats a newbie in comparison to the yoko loko!! I came from and have preferred the dive bar scene for many years but absolutely a turn off and contrary to the way you should be treating a newbie. I will be moving on!!
