Disappointing catering service. Just to give you some perspective we cater to several offices during the holidays. We decided to use Woodys tacos/truck to table this year. Here was our experience.1. There were two employees that delivered the offices. No uniform or clothing that said who they worked for.2. They were to deliver to four offices in our building (total of 7 offices to be catered all with similar responses). They were completely disorganized. Although the boxes were labeled with names and suites on them the food was incorrect and they even tried to deliver to an office WE DIDNT CATER TO”.3. Mind you we catered a large taco lunch. Two of the offices they forget to bring the taco shell! We then had to rush to the store to fix that.4. The food in transport had spilled out of the aluminum tins into the boxes they were being transported in. An absolute total mess. Made for a horrible presentation.5. They delivered to one offices late. When the clinics only have a certain amount of time set aside for lunch.6. We called the owner that we had been dealing with. She was on vacation and left her employees to deal with the catering. We explained to her what was going on she seemed concerned, but after that there wasn’t much communication.7. Needless to say. I won’t be eating at woodys tacos or recommending it. Horrible experience, lack of staff training etc!

Tina and her team catered a 200 person wedding at my venue last month and they were fabulous. They were early to prepare to make sure everything was perfect, the guests loved the food, and their staff was quick and and smart thinkers. Would highly recommend for small or large events!

I’ve been working with Tina from truck to table for over a year and a half on my wedding, and it is been a disappointment to say the least. I’ve ended up, not going with Tina for the remainder of my catering, because of communication turnaround time has been more than 72 hours, she had just remodeled and bought a business without communicating that which left us completely in the dark at some points. One last piece of feedback I have is that truck to table does not use contracts, so when you’re dealing with a high budget event, like a wedding, just know that truck to table will not declare a contract with you, which does leave some uncertainty hanging above while you plan the rest of your event. Although the owner is very nice, professionalism and timeliness is not a strong suit. Little things like spelling, my name, rescheduling, our tasting four different times, and not getting back to us in a timely manner, and not making sure that we had the security of a contract during this event planning. I will not recommend shot to table to any friends or family, I believe that truck to table should stick to owning businesses, and not catering events.

We did a taco bar for a birthday party through Truck to Table/Woody's Tacos (they're partners in business), and it was an absolute hit. Would definitely recommend the service.Food was great, service was great, everything that came with the service was great. And way more food than we expected! We had leftovers for huevos rancheros the next day!

Over salted food. Discriminated against me for being a different type of person.

Best burger and fish tacos I've had in town! Get the smash burger! First time trying it and it was bomb! The beef patty has that perfect char, and the house sauce gives it that tangy flavor that reminds me of in and out burger. It's probably the best burger I've ever had in Vancouver! Better than Killer burger and Don and Jos, and I love those burgers too! On Fridays I recommend the fish tacos. The fish is battered and fried, but it doesn't taste heavy. The tortilla has toasted cheese on the outside, giving it a little crunch. The cabbage slaw provides the perfect amount of acid, and has a nice, crisp, refreshing flavor finish. Several seconds into your first bite you will then notice the heat! The sauce was a little too spicy for my partner, but to me it was the perfect amount of spice. Again, best fish taco I've had in Vancouver. It didn't taste like a frozen fish sticks like some fish tacos I've had in town. Go check it out and give it a try!

I work from home permanently now and one of the few things I miss about working in downtown Portland is the food. During a meeting this afternoon we were discussing the best burgers in Portland which lead to my craving of one. Grubhub was my answer to a busy afternoon and this place did not disappoint! And the crinkle cut fries with table sauce. Amazing. Delivery was quick and the food was still hot (which is usually an issue with delivery).

i ordered delivery and was not disappointed. that's saying quite a bit right now. it seems that some places delivered food is lacking, which is really too bad since some customers will never go to the actual restaurant and like they say, you only have one chance to make a first impression. anyway, i had a double smash burger which was wonderfully seasoned, crispy edges, large and very satisfying. it comes with American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and a sauce they call table sauce. i don't know what's in the table sauce but it was good. i also had a order of hushpuppies. you get 6 and they are about the size of a clementine. crispy on the outside, moist and soft on the inside with corn and jalapenos. there's some honey butter for dipping. i was so happy that they weren't dry like others. really delicious food

Truck to Table is a food truck in a cluster right outside of Brothers Cascadia Brewing. Brothers Cascadia lets you bring in food from them to enjoy with their (of any of the food trucks') beverages. Truck to Table is VERY interesting and unique in that it is effectively three restaurants in one truck: 1. Cascadia Craft - Mostly Asian cuisine with its own unique style 2. Fort Burger - Self-explanatory 3. The Taco Dudes - also self-explanatory I opted for the chicken drumettes from the "Cascadia Craft" menu and as "double smashburger" from the Fort Burger menu. The truck itself looks brand-new and is meticulously clean. No dust, no grease, no debris anywhere to be seen, which made a great impression. The employee who took my order was also extremely friendly and helpful. Expecting the "drumette" section of a chicken wing, I asked how many were in an order. She explained that there were three because they were "pretty big". I also asked if I could get them as crispy as they could make them, advising that I prefer them to be pretty overdone. She said they could, so I was happy. Fearing that the portion size wouldn't be enough to satiate my hunger, I ordered a double smashburger and fries as well. You're asked for your name and phone number so that they can text you when your order is ready, which seems like a much more sensible way than to hand over a "pager". They also had my order ready very quickly, which was highly appreciated. Each item's box is affixed with a sticker indicating which restaurant menu it came from. The stickers match the logos on the menus, which is a thoughtful touch, and is really cool. I was absolutely floored to find that the "drumettes" were not from the wing, they were very large full chicken legs! PERFECTLY crispy, thoroughly cooked, and adorned with the most perfect of perfect chicken hot sauces I've ever tasted. It was very complex, creamy, not acidic, and delivered just the perfect amount of heat. This chicken is literally about as good as I've ever had...pure alchemy, and I'll get a double order the next time. I seriously cannot adequately convey how great the chicken was. The menu lists "garlic chips" as coming with the chicken, but I didn't see anything resembling garlic or chips in with the chicken, there were no chips of any sort as a side item, so I'll ask about that the next time. The grilled and chilled vegetables that came with it were quite a nice upgrade from the typical cold and raw fare others serve. After I finished greedily devouring the chicken, and regretting that I'd not ordered two or thee orders in total, I dug into the burger, expecting an equally mind-blowing experience. Regrettably, the burger was, in a word, dreadful. The issue with the burger is easily addressable, though, and I hope that the owners of the cart see this feedback and address accordingly. The issue was that it was literally sopping wet. The bottom bun was literally soaked with pickle brine around the full circumference, and the top also became saturated as I ate it (after wiping away most of the saturated bottom bun). Closer inspection revealed a LOT of pickles that were dripping wet, but the biggest source of moisture came from what appeared to be very, VERY wet shredded lettuce. There was lots of water in the lettuce. The meat tasted good when eaten on its own (lots of melty cheese). It would probably be very good I'd ordered it dry. I'm honestly really looking forward to my next visit so I can get some more amazing chicken, and to try the "Taco Dudes" items as well. I HIGHLY recommend visiting and getting some chicken. Even if you're not going to Brothers Cascadia, still stop by the Truck to Table and get some chicken and to enjoy the hospitality of the very friendly and helpful staff.
