I have never had anything bad from this place. Everything is solid. It's special in that it is nothing special, except for that fact that it is always quality diner fare. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will get a decent meal for a decent price.
I could barely recommend this place more. Everything is good and worth the price.

There not bad and not to great either. Waffles/pancakes are pretty thick so it wasn't my favorite, also wish they put seasoning on food but our waitress was great for our large group.

I really wanted to like this place, and we came twice. The second time is going to be the last. It's ok if the server loses your ticket and you wait an extra 10 min, it's ok if there are no silverware when the food arrives, but having all 3 dishes without salt? That's just plain bad cooking. Besides, the AC is way too much. UPDATE 8\\23\\25: seems like the fakeness in customer care reaches management levels since the response to my review is an empty offer to amend; I reached out and got no answer. Took a star off my rating.

I used to love this restaurant, but it's not what it used to be. I think it's under new management and the staff is not very friendly at all. I came in with my family and the kids meal size had significantly shrunk. Granted they do have cheap kids meals, but it wasn't even as big as the stock photo showed. The other meals were either over cooked or under. We were served raw eggs and bacon, and that was after waiting approximately an hour and a half to even get the food. We told the manager and nothing was done to make up for this. At the very least they could have removed the completely untouched meal (that was uncooked) from the bill. This is the third time in a year I've had issues with this place. I kept thinking I went on an off day, but no. This location is just terrible now!

Such an awesome Black bear Diner! They had so many cute bear statues and the service was sooo great!! The food is always amazing at Black Bear and my kids and I are trying to stop at all of them so we were very happy to check this one off our list! My son also sampled all the hot sauces and really enjoyed Mama Bear the best!

After a wedding day the bride wanted a brunch with family and Black Bear Diner were the only ones willing to take in 20 guests last minute no questions asked. Kara was our server and she handled it like a boss and everyone’s food was perfect and delicious. Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved the food! My wife is a great cook. So it is difficult for us to find a good place to eat. We decided to try something different, and I am glad we did! The staff was very considerate 👏🏼 and friendly! My wife was in the mood for a hamburger 🍔 and I had the steak! Honestly, it was one of the best steaks I've had, and my wife said her hamburger was exactly what she wanted. The food was seasoned just right, and the steak was cooked perfectly 👌 I had a chance to speak to Sherry, and I'm not sure who she is, but she was SUPER NICE TO US!! We will definitely be back!!!
