I love this place! I’ve always had great service, food, and drinks here. For those leaving 1-star reviews….Don’t be the kind of person who, after one bad experience, leaves a 1-star review. Sure, maybe it warranted 2 or 3 stars, but I’m sure it wasn’t entirely that horrific....however we have all had 1 star experiences, so respect your right to post whatever you like. If your wallet was stolen, that’s not a Victory 23 problem; that’s a societal issue. If they don’t serve food after 8:00 PM, then simply go somewhere else.

Small businesses do their best. Would you prefer that negative reviews drive this business to shut down, leaving you with no retail options in your neighborhood, like Downtown Portland? I doubt it. I encourage you to try them again, as I’ve always enjoyed this place. If you have a better experience, hope you modify your review for them.

Must go here if you are a aviation fan. DB Cooper theme atmosphere. Food is really good for a small venue. Definitely worth a visit .

Was there tonight for a football game my wallet was stolen told no camera or helo so lost my id ss card debit card and ni reply since there is no security or camera so I lost over 200 in cash all identity and what awesomenis I am a disabled ex homeless veteran so it is awesome I lost my wallet all identity and cash and no way to help do not go there if you want s wallet stolen and they can't help yhiefs and bad environment should stealis wallets and I'd

Nice little brewery, tap list focused more toward IPAs, which are all very good along with a couple of ciders. Rally pizza provides food. Big screen TVs, not very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Beer to go in cans and some wag for sale as well. Indoor and outdoor seating, friendly service, small parking area.

Open till 9 but no food and crappy service after 8? You should really tell people no food after 8. Lucky for us Little Coneo was open and the food and service was fire! If you haven't had Little Coneo ypu are missing out!

Got a flight . The bar tender, Stephanie was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me the flavor profiles of every drink to help me with my flight decision. Food was good and served promptly. Would definitely visit again.

Food and drinks were very tasty and the bartender was nice, but our food order was delivered to the wrong table when there were only about 5 tables occupied. It was taken off the bill but we waited 25-30 minutes and saw the her multiple times throughout our wait. Pretty sure our order was delivered to the table her friend was at since it was the only table that occupied her attention. She did clear our empty’s and dishes pretty quick though.

Vegetarian options: Lots of tasty vegetarian options!

Parking: They have a small lot with approximately 6 slots. But plenty of street parking around.

There's a tasty beer selection, delicious pizzas and salads, and fudgy chocolate cookies. Eat inside or outside. Pizzas are ready surprisingly quick. Everything is cooked in the woodfired pizza oven. If you liked Rally Pizza, this is their new location. The service is great. The art and music add to the experience.

Every time I'm in the Vancouver area I always make the trip to Victor 23. The service is always great, beers even better (if compareable). I look forward to popping in and grabbing any canned beers they have to go and maybe snagging a Jet Fuel IPA to drink while I'm there. You guys rock, keep it up! A fan from Spokane!

The best brewery in the Couve. Pizza is amazing. Great service and amazing staff.

This is our go to place in Vancouver area.

Vegetarian options: they have a couple options with out meat. Ask you have to do is ask. And of course the beers is ahead good.
