I’d give their pies a 4.5 stars, but Google doesn’t offer 1/2 stars. They make solid pies. Sauce is a 5 - bright, flavorful and well-balanced. Crust is thin and crispy - not burned. Supports toppings very well without sogginess. The margarita and the bianca pair well. The bianca could use the addition of honey/hot honey to bring flavors together.
I love this place! I’ve always had great service, food, and drinks here. For those leaving 1-star reviews….Don’t be the kind of person who, after one bad experience, leaves a 1-star review. Sure, maybe it warranted 2 or 3 stars, but I’m sure it wasn’t entirely that horrific....however we have all had 1 star experiences, so respect your right to post whatever you like. If your wallet was stolen, that’s not a Victory 23 problem; that’s a societal issue. If they don’t...
