We just moved to the area, but this may quickly become one of our favorite spots for breakfast. I went twice in the same week because I had to bring my husband!
Charming converted house that reminds me of Loveless Cafe outside of Nashville. Breakfast served all day. The Corned Beef hash is tender and delicious. The server, Sam, said it’s slow roasted for 10 hours. Whatever magical juju they do, it was wonderful. On my second trip, Husband enjoyed the country fried steak. Joshua recommended the California omelette.
Parking is a breeze, with plenty of lot and free on-street parking. Come early so you don’t have to wait to be seated. They were great about my milk/dairy allergy, and prepared my California omelette without any allergens. It is LOADED with olives, so be prepared. Everything was tasty, though the hash browns probably could have been cooked a little longer so more of it was crispy.
Over all a great joint and we will be back!

The initial wait wasn’t too bad based on what they had quoted us - about 25 minutes for a Labor Day brunch. We (4) were sat at the same time as two other couples right in the same area, our orders taken one right after the other. They each got their orders a good 10-15 minutes before we got ours. Our waters were never refilled. The waiter was very nice and clearly super busy, he had mentioned to another table they were short staffed so that’s totally understandable. The food however was not good - the Chilaquiles used totino’s corn chips instead of fresh corn tortillas cut up and fried. The hashbrowns tasted like burnt oil and the home fries tasted like they’d been frozen. Everything is boasted as homemade but maybe we just came on a day when they had run out of prep? Wouldn’t recommend :/

The wait staff were excellent. The food was mediocre and I think the pancakes were sitting because they were cold, but I ate all the food. It probably took close to a half hour to get the food out because it was busy so maybe a little bit more help for them thank you though.

This is a cute place with a small, covered porch as well as indoor seating. The Breakfast food was good, but the kitchen is very small. The restaurant was less than half full, but it still took 40 minutes for food to arrive. The server said that was the normal wait. I can’t imagine how long the wait would be if the place was full. Without the ability to turn tables faster at Breakfast, how can they survive?

I have been hearing about this place for years. I hardly go out so I usually dont go to places that are new to me. I was extremely disappointed. We waited so long just to get an order in. They ran out of ALL soda products. They ran out of clean plates when we got appetizers and asked for plates. They didn't even have tea bags. We got room temp waters no ice. Noone checked on us unless they brought food. I felt bad for the 1 person I saw serving, seating, running food and having to run cash register. It was really bad and the food was just ok.

My husband and I went to breakfast here on August 12th. We were lucky this restaurant came up on my search for breakfast restaurant near me as we were traveling and had made a stop in Vancouver. It is in a cozy home setting. The service was great. The food was delicious! The chef here knows how to cook breakfast perfectly! My husband had the corned beef hash and said it was delicious, with eggs and toast. I had eggs (cooked perfectly), bacon, hash browns (also perfectly cooked) and some delicious pancakes. We are so happy we went there! (Was on our 43rd anniversary).
