I decided to risk Walmart since I needed a lot of groceries. In front of Walmart, they were counting the customers, only allowing a certain number in. While I was shopping, two of the employees brushed against me, as well as many of the customers. Sadly, I lost it at yelled "6 feet" at one. I went to the bakery looking for pound cake slices, and there were 3 women behind the counter at about 1pm. I waited several minutes while they stood in a triangle less than 1 foot apart talking. I heard one say something along the lines of - if they come in and get it, it's on them. At that point I interrupted and asked for help. The person who helped me didn't stay 6 feet back. Then when the person ahead of me in line was walking past the line to within a foot of the person in front of her I asked her if she realized that the lines were for social distancing, and she said, "well how else am I going to put my stuff on the belt?" I told her she would just have to wait until the person in front of her was done. She ignored me and finished unloading. Then went back and stood on the line. The cashier said nothing, which I found unusual. The cashiers at Safeway and Grocery Outlet bite your head off if you are in front of the social distancing line. I checked out and the cashier suggested next time I shop and pick it up. Many of the things I wanted to buy are in store only or out of stock. Regardless, Safeway and Grocery Outlet are the shining stars in this time of Covid. As I was leaving, I was considering talking to the manager about the lack of social distancing, and the lack of care or awareness about it among the employees, but the person in Customer Service with the walkie talkie was standing in a group of 4, less than a foot apart, talking. As one came toward me, I asked her if they practiced social distancing here. She responded "Yes!" with a big smile. I pointed to the remaining three in the group and asked, "what is that"? She said, oh they're just getting together to chat". I told her that wasn't social distancing and left. It is obvious the employees don't care about the spread of the virus. Their lack of respect was breathtaking. I will never shop at such a cesspool of germs again. What is so hard about getting paid to do a job which requires you to stay away from the customers and each other? I would say daily training, signs in the breakroom and managers displaying social distance is needed here.

So we went to get a money order at 7:50pm and they said they close the money services at 10pm but the 'closer called out' so they shut the whole thing down. We asked someone why it was closed and she was very rude. She said since the closer called out she shut it down.

It's Walmart, so expectations are already low, but today's experience was so soul-sucking, that I have vowed never to return to this location. What should have been a quick shopping experience turned into a 50 minute ordeal. Shopping went fine...found everything I needed in less than 20 minutes. Headed to the checkout and both the self-checkout areas and the TWO open regular checkout lanes had really long lines. I noticed that the other twelve or so checkout counters were closed. It took 30 minutes to check out today. The two checkers they did have seemed to have no sense of urgency, regardless of the customers piling up, and moved as slowly as they could. When I finally reached the checker, she chirped, "and how is your day going?" I said, "not so great, we've all been waiting in line a long time." She replied sharply, "I SAID how is your day going?" I'm not kidding. Manager Michael showed up. I and the customer behind me mentioned the long wait. His reply? "I've been telling 'them' about this for a long time." And added, "It would be better if you contacted corporate directly; they'll listen to you more than me." I laughed and said that I had no interest in spending more of my time helping them with their staffing problems. With so many stores shuttering their doors, you'd think retail would step up their customer service. I also find it creepy that some aisles have "spy" cameras. I suspect that 99% of your customers don't shoplift, so you are violating my privacy for the 1% that do. Off to Amazon where I find everything I need, they have great customer service, and I avoid snarky interactions with under-trained, over-worked employees.

I have to say I'm not surprised since I mean it's "Walmart" But if you have 7 customers waiting in line at your "customer service station" (located in the front of the store) oh so patiently and your a manager walks by plays with returns in the back and walks away like nothing .. it's the norm here I guess... ( my face in shock) stops the manager ma"am can you please get back up. Goes to get another manager and then complains to the associate. Did you need help.. I'm sorry but I actually laughed and raised my hand.. it was me.. this line seemed to be getting longer.. they laughed.. my opinion... might wanna choose another Walmart ..

Great team of people, striving to deliver a clean, fast and friendly service. Remodeled last year- improving grocery categories and adjacencies, electronics of the future, infants of the future, hardware of the future. Store has removed fine jewelry department, but still offers watches, costume jewelry, and sunglasses. Store has also removed live fish tank, but still offers fish tank accessories.

Gotta do some major praising right now!! I ordered a chair to do store pick up at this Walmart. The email says picking up is 24/7 but when I arrived it was closed. I asked customer service if they could help me and they called over the managers (I believe) Kendrick and Jeremy. Not only did they help me by finding my pick up order after hours but they walked it to my car and loaded it for me. Best service I have ever gotten from any Walmart anywhere!

Things are getting worse. I contacted WM headquarters and what do they do....... They have the store assistant manager call me. The local management is why the store operates like it does. My intelligence was insulted by the fact that an appropriate level of management such as a District Manager or abive didn't think that I was deserving of their time or interest in what I has to say. I spent many years at mid and upper management with a Fortune 500 Company and my company would never have the lower level management person that was part of the problem and not able to solve the issue respond to a customer. After all the customer is the most important person in any business!!!

I shop here often as they are close to my house, however I'm willing to go elsewhere and suggest others also go elsewhere as their customer service is horrible. Today I went my daughter looking for lights to hang in her room and requested with a employee, a gal named Bobbi if someone could help us find what we were looking for in the store. Bobbi's response was "I can't help you right now, I'm busy, maybe there might be some in aisle L33, but I'm too busy!" Honestly I understand there's lot of stocking to do and life is so very busy, but what happened to helping guests and making sure they find what they need to purchase from their store. Obviously she was too busy to be bothered to help someone. I'm consistently disappointed in the horrible rude behaviors from Walmart employees.

Today is the day my family and my 3 son's and their families have decided to stop buying things from Wal-Mart. This has been brewing for a while. Their prices keep going up their quality is substandard in most cases and their new receipt checkers are the last straw. I don't steal and don't like to be treated like a suspect by some Wally World psuedodetective. Wow That's a relief.

Yesterday we got a slip and slide. We opened it today and filled up the bottom with water as the instructions say. Water started spraying out of the bottom and there are 2 huge holes. You can see that someone put glue all over it trying to cover it up. This is the second time we've gotten crap from Walmart. The other thing was we got an iPad Pro and for my uncle who has autism for his birthday and it had tons of scratches underneath the screen and it had nothing inside of it. It couldn't even hold the charger inside. He got a $500 empty scratched iPad Pro for his birthday. We had a warranty and took it there and they didn't let us. Way more details on Facebook. This is not fair!! Please share this story. Here's the link:

Quick stop in and made a quick stop to the restroom. It was freshly cleaned and nice to see a Walmart with clean facilities. Affordable merchandise and friendly staff.

This is one of the nicer Walmarts in this area. It's brightly lit and organized. They have good sized inventory in both grocery and apparel. The staff are courteous and helpful. Definitely my Walmart of choice!
