Made a reservation for 4, arrived at opening time, so it was not busy, but was put into a small booth very near a large table with a group of loud, partying people. There were numerous empty tables by the window. We asked to move to an table, but we're told the booths were for reservations and they kept the tables open in case a larger group arrived. They didn't. It was not a good experience. The server was great, but management was not!
Vanesa was awesome! We came in for just drinks and she brought carrots and celery out for us without asking, just brought it! Super sweet! Awesome service! Thank you!

We were there for dinner and were seated by the window, and it happened as the Christmas ship parade passed through the restaurant. What a great location! We loved the beer#2 which was IPA full of citrus hops but not bitter. The bacon fig pizza was delicious so as chicken sesame ginger salad. Not much of fan on halibut fish and chips, though, way too much starch coating. The BBQ chicken wings were very pricey and tasted just okay. Overall it was a delightful experience. Our waitress was super friendly and provided wonderful service. But it was the location made the charm!

Made a reservation for 4. For the second time, we were squeezed into a smaller booth while the majority of tables along the windows were open. In front of our booth, a couple of feet away, was a large seating of very loud people. We could not enjoy our company or hear anything being said. We asked to move to an empty table, but we're informed that those tables were being saved to accommodate a larger group if needed, but these tables were eventually seated with parties of 3 or 4, but never a large group. We were informed that the booths were for those with reservations. So...DON'T make a reservation!! Better yet, visit an establishment that cares! We were definitely first come, last served. The manager blew us off when we asked to move to an empty table in an non-busy restaurant!

I worked with Lori (one of the managers) who helped me figure out a confusing reservation. She was kind and helpful in working with my schedule, and made sure to include notes for our preferred dining spot. I appreciated her help and attitude so much. Can’t wait to eat here on Tuesday 12/10!

We ordered 5 plates and every single one was so good. We really liked the cauliflower and the vegetarian street corn nachos. So good

Food was fine but really bad service. Had to ask for things multiple times and had to walk to the front just to get the bill. They also pre-tipped 20% for the bad service.
Nice view
Thought they did away with Country music, it's back and as bad as ever

We am went for a late lunch around 2:30pm on a Sunday. It wasn’t crowded and were able to get a nice booth over looking the water. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable.
The menu has a lot of great sounding vegetarian options that appear can be made vegan by holding the cheese or sauces.
We ordered very specific items and asked for cheeses and sauces to be served on the side to accommodate the dairy-free individuals. When the food came out, this request was not observed and a salad in which vinaigrette had been requested (on the side) was served with ranch dressing mixed in the salad. Once we could get the server over to our table, the manager apologized, explained they would be speaking with the chef. They removed the salad from our bill. This was a fair resolution and we were pleased with this offer.
All in all, the atmosphere is great. The food is just okay, but would be a good place for vegetarians who are with meat eaters..all can be easily accommodated.
Kid-friendliness: Casual environment and loud music, kids will be comfortable here.

Fixed the things from my previous review.
Changed back. Service is great. Food is great. Lots of options!
Changed review from 5 stars to 3.
Can't call in orders for pick up. Have to go there, order at the counter to go. It's as if this is not a nice location at The Waterfront, but some place in South East Portland. So, we walked down to order in person from my apt. Not a big deal since I live at The Columbia. BUT THEN, we cannot even get non alcoholic beverages to go. They have no containers. So, in essence if you wanna avoid waiting for a table outside and want to have a meal at one of the benches on the water, bring your own drinks. PLUS, they're not in Doordash or Grubhub. I guess they're really trying to be old school.
Down from 3 to 1.
They give you take out with no bags.
Seriously, ghetto.
Went here twice. Got the same thing both times. Both times it was great.
We sat outside. During the day it was scorching. At night it was cooler and nicer.
Service was great from the moment we walked in. Great view as well.
