Been a long time since we had been to a Wendy’s. Food was good and the store was very clean. Only one of our kids was hungry so just bought one kids meal. The lady behind the counter included two toys in the meal (one for each of our girls). She didn’t even mention it until we noticed and thanked her. It was a wonderful little thing that made a difference in our day. So, thank you!

We enjoy the Hazel Dell location. The staff is always friendly and helpful.We had breakfast today. The breakfast burrito was bigger than I expected, and delicious. The French toast sticks were good; crispy not to thick.Wheelchair accessibility: While there are wheelchair accessible parking by the drive thru at the end of the building. There are 2 doors to go through to get to the dining room. There are tables with chairs that you can sit at. I think the double doors to enter would be the most challenging part.

Have to call out what a phenomenal experience we had at this Wendy's today. The team we interacted with around 5pm today was just awesome. Funny, energetic, genuinely engaged with us as customers and some of the best service I've had in the past couple of years. The food was also fresh, hot, quickly delivered and a great value. Great job to Andrea who brings a refreshing, genuinely great experience to a tough, fast paced environment. She's got great leadership potential!

Went inside to beat the line at the drive through and the store manager (purple shirt) proceeds to have a 5 minute conversation with another customer. Another employee asked if I'd been helped yet and I said no, politely explained I was trying to beat the line and sat for another minute. Fast food? Not really.

Usually not a wendy's kind of girl, but the fries and burger was pretty good.I just wish they got the ingredients correct on the burger. I guess they just didn't hear me, but otherwise pretty good.

Tried using the app for the first time and had an issue. Was supposed to get a chilli for a buck. Somehow, the app deleted the Chilli. I went inside, they made it right. They even gave me the chilli for free.

It's pretty disturbing that employess are grabbing fries and eating them with no gloves on in front of customers. And then not even washing their hands before grabbing other peoples food.
