Slow service, poorly made food and incorrect order. Stood at the counter being ignored for 20 minutes. Avoid this location.
I got nuggets and fries, they give you 1 ranch for the nuggets and no ranch for the fries and if you want extra sauce, you have to pay. as if they don’t already make enough off of us.
Mobile order pickup, staff was really nice, restaurant was very clean, mildly busy but everything was nice and quite.
The order was made quick and ready in no time, however the wrapper was a little messy due to then changing from whole lettuce to shredded lettuce. Sad face emoji

Bad service, the cashier would take two orders and leave. I waited in line for 15 minutes and another 15 minutes for the food to be served—half an hour in total, even though it's a fast food restaurant, and the food was still bad.

So a biggie bag that is cheaper comes with a free sauce, but when I buy a deluxe meal that’s over $12 I can’t get a free thing of ranch?! You want to make us pay $.50 for sauce?! Yeah no coming here

Poor decision to change from leaf lettuce to shredded lettuce. The hamburgers and chicken taste terrible. The picture is below is what they say you use for a lettuce wrap. Terrible choice it would fall to pieces in a lettuce wrap. And the other stuff, shredded, is absolutely nasty. I wouldn't feed to my dog.

So many times they have messed up my order. It happened again tonight. I ordered a Dave’s Double with NO Tomato, 1 large fry, and 1 Junior fry. I also ordered 2 ranch (which they now charge 50 cents for). When I got my food I regrettably didn’t check the bag. When I got home I noticed there was no Jr. fry in the bag. Then, I checked my burger and there were 3 TOMATOES on it. I called and told the manager they gotta do better. I think I’m done with this Wendy’s. Maybe the one in 4th plain will be better.

I really liked this Wendy’s when I was still in school since it was on my way there but slowly…it’s just becoming less than. People are still kind there, it’s just lack of attention. The food items ordered are always there with less attention to detail. As in I could order a ten piece chicken nugget but then I only get eight. Or I order medium fries and it looks like someone got to them before I could. I started to go back to Wendy’s more frequently since the one in Battleground recommended I try the caramel cold foam and I was so impressed I wanted to try it again. I should have taken a picture of the BG one but the one here came without the majority of the ingredients and it was obvious. I think it was even the manager who gave it to me. How it passed his standards is a little sad.

Service has really declined over time. Portions feel noticeably smaller, and the staff make you feel more like an inconvenience than a valued guest when dining in. Sadly, it’s no longer the enjoyable experience it used to be.

I've been frequenting this Wendy's every Wednesday or Thursday between 7:30 and 8:30 PM for the past 2 years. The quality, service and speed used to be top-notch. This has rapidly started slipping over the past 2-3 months and the last 2 visits were infuriating. Last week (9/10) I showed up by myself in the car in the drive through to pick up the order to take home (15-20 minute drive), was handed 2 frostys and asked to pull up to the curb. So now I'm sitting here with my stuff melting while they finish up? Ridiculous. Yesterday (9/18), I ordered 2 chocolate raven's blood frostys (my wife requested this specifically) and when I pulled up to the window I was handed 2 vanilla frostys...fine, people make mistakes. So, I ask if they're chocolate, and after a 5-second blank stare from the kid he informs me that I in fact ordered vanilla. So let's think about this employee's thought process...he assumes what?...that I'm stupid? That I'm trying to scam this business out of the cost of the items? That it's ok for me to take something I don't want at what have become exorbitant prices over the last couple years? None of these conclusions are acceptable and it's why management and policies exist so people without the experience or aptitude don't have to exercise their critical thinking because this is the result. Maybe the owner doesn't care about the $2,000/yr or so I spend there. Maybe getting my order right, or at least not inferring that I'm a moron or liar isn't worth my patronage - that's ok. That's why I'm sharing the experience here - to multiply the impact of your negligence. I'll gladly update this review if you elect to do something about it.

Potato wedges were not even full. Asked for extra honey butter sauce and didn't get any. Premium prices for subpar food. Can't even get an order right. Disappointing.

This Wendys location is awesome! Great customer service, orders are almost always correct, employees are friendly and kind. We order online and in person and they are always spot on. This is truly our favorite Wendy's location ✨️ recommend 10/10 ✨️

What happened to the spanish people,they were Great,didn't mess up orders,gave you what you requested,and they were so fast at the drive through.now I'm not sure about coming back.

Everytime I order here and ask for extra anything they never do it. I’m lucky if I do but that’s always unlikely and I still pay for the extra.
