Every single time I ask for no mustard on one of the burgers they put mustard in every single burger in the order. I just came through the driveway about ten minutes ago and they forgot my crispy chicken sandwich that was paid for on the receipt. I only found out when we came home. There's just an overall lack of even an attempt at paying attention to detail. Really unfortunate, this wendy's is closest to our house but i'm thinking next time we need to stop by a different location

Had two wonderful ladies take my order in the drive thru. Was talking to one of them about working 10's and how brutal it is sometimes. They forgot to grab me my French toast sticks but they immediately grabbed me new fresh ones soon as I came in. Honestly great crew, I come here all the time for a quick bite driving around doing service tech work.
If you wanna go to a good Wendy's pick this one. :)

Apparently Wendy's corporate, according to the employees there, is telling them up upcharge to mediums on their breakfast combos. They did not disclose the upcharge and their menus do not currently show this price on the menu.
At no point did they disclose the reason for the discrepancy on the price during the order process. Nor was any attempt to correct it when pointed out.
This is deceptive, possibly illegal.
Corporate greed is bad enough but don't put up with companies sneaking extra charges into your purchases without disclosing it to you!
A BBB complaint will be filed.

I frequent here Alot. I think there's new management,but still good food and staff pretty friendly. Drive thru pretty fast most of the time except around noon but to be expected because that's lunch hour.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcomed here.

The Chili is always great. Protein w satisfying taste. The girl at the drive through was testy though. I was ordering Bigee Bags for a client but didn't know what was in a Bigee bag and she didn't have patience with me. Only one car behind me and 3 @ the window, so there was no need for that.
