Went through the drive though and I had forgot to ask for the free frosty while “ordering”(I ordered online for pickup so I only told the guy I had an online order), that I get with the keychain. I ask the lady ad the second window for the frosty, and she rolls her eyes and says I need to order it at the window(I didn’t because I had a mobile order, and I thought that you’d have to show proof that you have it.), it took her two seconds to grab the frosty. No reason to sigh loudly roll her eyes and be irritated at me.

So I understand that the frosty key tags say one free one with any purchase but not one Wendy's has made me do that. I'm not going to mention any specific ones because I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I didn't even know you had to purchase anything with them due to the fact that multiple Wendy's hasn't forced that issue. I go thru the drive thru here at this Wendy's and I ask for two of them and they told me not only could I only do just one but I had to purchase something with it. Now, at this time I don't know this so I ask why no other Wendy's does this and he said he had to do it this way. So we left and my boyfriend went back inside and made him buy the extra product but he did let him do both of them in one. Why be so difficult though. And why only one Wendy's. That guy was super rude in the drive thru and nice inside.

I went to Wendy’s for the first time in years, after hearing how they had a free pull apart cinnamon thing. I wanted to treat my kids after school (so obviously I didn’t know it was only a breakfast thing) I brought my purse because I had planned to get other food for the kids but I had apparently left my wallet at home because I was doing paper work prior. So scrounging up what cash/change I had in my purse I try to just order the kids a frosty. But then after I ordered and heard the total I didn’t have enough because I forgot about tax. So when I get to the payment window I have to cancel a frosty. As I’m handing the cash to the white male a coin drops on the ground. And he doesn’t say anything. So I’m like well do you know what coin that was? Like how much do I have to give you now. And he doesn’t look out the window he just looks at the change in his hand and says a quarter. So do I know if it was really quarter. Who knows. He also didn’t give me a receipt. Now I know that it’s my fault I didn’t know it was only at breakfast time for the cinnamon things (which later I found out was a teeny tiny dressing size cup anyways) and that I forgot my wallet. But the lack of customer service, is what will never bring me back here. Clearly I had been making a good choice in avoiding this fast food restaurant previously and now will continue to do so.

Because I'm a senior and also have the key fob for a free mini frosty, I end up eating very cheaply and still fairly healthy. I really like Dave's philosophy on adoption so have always bought many key fobs so my kitty can give them as Christmas presents!!
Parking: Smaller parking lot but plenty of spaces for the number of customers that actually go inside at one given time.

I entered the lobby not realizing that the doors were supposed to be locked…rather than kick me out to go through the drive thru, the very kind staff allowed me to order inside and were extremely accommodating and helpful! Fast food is rarely going to get a 5-star rating for the food and, typically, the service is even less impressive. But the service staff at this restaurant did a great job taking care of me and my large family on a busy holiday evening! Thank you!!
