So me and my girlfriend go to this Wendy's frequently don't mind spending money, but the last 3-4 times this week we've been to Wendy's I always get mayo only and they always add it with the veggies when I say specifically no veggies. Manager literally told me try not being so picky like excuse me??? So if anyone is a picky eater don't go to this wendys

Service and atmosphere about standard: not bad but nothing to be excited about. Seats and tables were clean, many seats in the cubicles were torn, cushions long ago expired.
But as a chain that markets itself as “Fresh” the awful pre-brewed tea dispensed from the drink machines was dank and awful. Seriously, how hard is it to brew a pot of Lipton? When the cost accountants rule a restaurant, you should look elsewhere. Too bad, Wendy’s burgers when served hot are better than 90% of the competition. And other Wendy’s locations do much better: witness better tea at the Wendy’s at Andresen at Five Corners. Just go at a time that they’re serving hot off the grill; late lunches can be risky.

There were several employees talking to somebody that had passed me in the drive-through and touching them outside the window on her. Repeat after they had gotten her food five minutes after the fact and continue to sit there and talk I had called the store manager hung up on me after checking the cameras I highly recommend you do not go to this location.

I’m 7.5 months pregnant……I ordered the new cold brew with the cream foam. I had to argue about what I said I wanted because THEY mis heard me. On the menu it says “chocolate, vanilla, or caramel” I chose csramel, and he said I picked the one with caramel or vanilla… at the end of the day I said CREAM FOAM and the NEW cold brew, they thought I said cold brew with cream. I am now worried and feeling sick after drinking it, and concerned for me and my baby after how upset the guy, and the lady who told me to pull up, were. 11:45AM 10/23
I went through the drive thru n the order taker was rude n unfriending! I don't get to a Wendy's very often but my friend who drove us does! She was appalled at the obvious unhelpful n very unfriendly customer service in the drive thru this morning! We were trying to ask questions about the breakfast items n she actually was short n crass with her answers Obviously not happy to serve the public! The cost of the food was comparable n taste above McDonald's! But customer service was zero! If I'm ordering n paying for food and you companies salaries, at least be kind to customers!
