Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and some other food and the chicken sandwiches were super dry so we called back and the manager said we could have them replaced the next day and said she would write it down for us so the people next day would know. We show up the next day to get them and they say they have no idea what we’re talking about. So we weren’t able to get them replaced. Pretty shady

Stopped here last night before seeing a movie. My kids and I had burgers, decent enough, but the wife grabbed a Chicken Club and now has food poisoning. Even after waiting all that time for it, it still wasn't thoroughly cooked. Without a doubt, the last time we'll be having Wendy's.

I usually go to Wendy’s by fort plain due to the fact that every time I go to this one they always make my order wrong my sister orders a biggie bag with a crispy chicken blt and they always give me the normal meat one knowing it’s not a 4for4 today they actually gave me a crispy chicken blt but without bacon and cheese I know it’s cheap but I’m still paying for it .
