Awful service..rude staff. They are unable to understand how to use the Wendy's app.Manager was nasty to me for using app during rush hour for discount. I've noticed for couple years this location the staff has been rude except for one lady who is very nice..Staff yelling Spanish back and forth to manager and each other...this location is a mess and will not return.

I'd give this store less stars if I could. I don't know why I come back but they always mess up the order and Wendy's as a corporation never tries to make it right. Just don't go to Wendy's, chick fil a is down the road and better quality and they make it right when they make a mistake.

Three tiny burgers, fries, and drinks was $35. After that, they wanted to charge for basic sauce and staff could care less. Pretty clear to see why Wendys is struggling to stay in business and it should have been a sign when you go at 5:30pm on a Friday and are the only person in the drive-through. Both burgers and fries were not even hot. Hopefully this is one of the many locations that go out of business so it can get replaced with something new.

Don't 's eat at Wendy's if you have a peanut or sesame seed allergy. Their food is contaminated. We will be eating at In and Out when they open because their burgers are safe for peanut and sesame allergy.

I've been going to this location for several years..Food is excellent and restaurant is super clean but staff and manager are very rude..Only employee that is friendly is Debbie. I've noticed staff is rude to all customers. Iam going to start going to another Wendy's due to the tweeter lids working at this location and rude manager.
Awful service from manager at this location..She is rude to customers...I've been going to this location since it opened but will never ever return in fact I've un installed the Wendy's app because of her..I've always enjoyed the person named Debbie who works there, she should be the manager instead of the rude latin female who is manager. Food is always excellent at this location and it is very clean, but they need to get rid of that manager.

The Latin manager on Sunday morning is so rude. No smile. No hi. No thank you. I get glare, finger point. Zero professional customer service. I don’t understand why she’s hired. Compared to chick fil a staff, she’s 1/10.
I guess I just got lucky. Parker, one of the Wendy’s employee, helped me get another set of 20x piece Wendy’s nuggets. It was busy and I didn’t hear my order was ready so it was my fault. However this just shows you how great some employees are. Parker, thank you so much. You made my day. And Wendy’s r lucky to have you as one of their employees 😊

I've been going to this location for 15 years. I've always had the exact same great service. They are super fast. The employees stay quite some time here so they have good leaders. If the owner is who I think he is.. He should be proud of how this place performs.

Staff are amazing, Food is great, but the new renovation is a little underwhelming, looks a little sad.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the back, and most tables use stool or chairs that can be moved to make room for a wheel chair!

Go here frequently and the staff is always nice, food is right. For me, this is the "good Wendy's."

When did the drive-thru twice the first time to get my meal the second time literally to fix my first meal only to have the same person act like a total jackass. The professionalism and the quality of food was below par and would never go to the spot again
