We like Wendy's food but surge pricing is really pricey gouging and if you do that we will go elsewhere to eat! Lots of other people will too!

Hi, I Went to your store in Federal Way Washington. The person in the drive thru wash his hands with ice from the ice bin, then thru it back in with the other ice. I didn't even buy a drink, I was only thinking about everyone one behind me in the drive thru, I asked to speak with the Manager, I tried to explain he didn't understand a single word of my complaint! I didn't move from the line because I did want my fellow man to get that dirty ice! I asked them to empty the ice bin they said no, They call a Manager on the phone he said he could do it it was a hard thing to do. I worked at Mc Donald's you aget a bucket and take the ice out! So he was lying. I had to call the police because the store didn't care about the publics safety. So sick! ????

Was told at Lakewood store they do not accept cash? My order was $12.42 and they said I have to use my card or they wouldn’t be able to give me change… I gave the cashier $22.42 and my change was $10 exactly…. I guess they don’t have $10?There was no signs or any indication that they only accept EXACT cash only so I waited in line during my lunch period for nothing. The drive thru was moving pretty slow too, when I finally arrived at the window I could see that every station appeared to be staffed, there were at least 7 employees on the line and one was talking to someone towards the back of the store.I worked a 12 hour shift without nutrition because they do not have $10 in their cash registers, or maybe they wanted a $10 tip?I didn’t even get an apology, just matter of fact told they needed the food back or use my card, I did not have my card with me.*in my opinion this was the worst way to deal with a cash deficiency. It’s not my fault your leadership did not prepare.No matter what the reason I will never count on Wendy’s ever again… NEVER!You’ve lost a customer for life.This happened on Sunday October 23rd at the Lakewood Washington location on Bridgeport Blvd at about 3:30pmWendy’s used to be fast and friendly, not so much anymore. They just take the customers for granted it seems.Goodbye forever Wendy’s, you’ve really let me down and you have too much competition to be treating people poorly like this.I feel sorry for your employees, I was polite about the whole situation but I am willing to bet other customers who received the same poor service aren’t.I tried calling the corporate office and the store listed on google but have been getting a busy signal all day today (Monday) so I gave up and sharing my poor customer experience here instead.Best of luck to you… you’re going to need it!

I love Wendy's. My issue is with them making record profits and raising prices so many times in one year. Shrinking sizes. They were in number 2 spot before COVID, and now they are number 1. Stop raising the prices already. It's not Red Robin.

Want to see what they give you now at Wendy's?Woman at drive through RUDE when I said I thought my order was missing an item and then this is what was in my bag when I got home.OLD, BURNT and DRIED OUT...inedible.Spent nearly $30 for a bag of burgers worthy only of going in the trash.Wendy's used to be the best.Sad to see them going in this direction.

Store #00012321:I don't know if this Wendy's is under new management but they are scamming people. Always ask for your receipt and make sure you get exactly what you paid for. I went through the drive thru and ordered a #7 medium which is a bacon classic double burger but got charged for a large. They did not provide a receipt but my cashapp card instantly notified me that I was being charged for $13.04 at Wendy's so I asked for my receipt. A few minutes went by and I was finally given a receipt that had an amount for $12.30 which was for a large meal. I believe my actual total would have been $9 dollars as I didn't order anything extra. I had a coupon for 6 free nuggets so I made sure that wasn't on the receipt and it wasn't. I only noticed after I pulled off so I couldn't go in to complain. I read an article today about this happening at a Burger King so look out. I have pictures and receipt to prove what happened. Now I wonder how many times I was scammed before while in a hurry.Also I believe I got a small meal as there was little salty fries, drink was small and my burger was missing lettuce and tomatoes.Don't even go inside, you're be ignored like I was for 10 minutes while management conducts an interview at a customer table.Photos posted to their Google maps review page.

You get one star only because there is not a negative star option. I went to store #00008428 in Houston, Tx and the alien at the window taking the order was not happy to be at work, to begin with. She had a hard time accepting the order correctly then got an attitude when I asked her to repeat it. She then proceeded to tell me to read the screen when I asked her to repeat the order. When I pull up to the window, I ask another girl to place my drinks in a cup holder (I shouldn't have to tell her four glasses). The order taker comes over to the window to say I should have asked for it when I placed my order. I told her I was not dealing with her and to get the manager. She stated she didn't know who it was and didn't have a name and proceeded to laugh. The manager came over, and the girl was lying on the manager, hugged up, laughing and telling her stuff in Spanish. It was as if they were best of friends, and this was not a place of business. I asked the manager for her name, and she had to think about it and then started to giggle. The order was very much incorrect. The fries were cold. Only if she paid more attention to delivering customer service and products were they acting like it's not the customers that keep the lights on.Damaris and Maria were the two servers, and Mariela was the manager. Those were the name that the "manager" told me. I can bet a dollar that she was lying.

Store #8222 in pittsburgh, pa. needs retraining on customer service. Bunch of rude, ignorant employees that work there. Was refused a receipt as well as corporate phone numbers. Tried customer care number and also a corporate number and both lines are always busy. Done with the overpriced, poor quality food.
