Wetzel's Pretzels

Came to this location over the weekend. Order two items. A pretzel with cheese sauce and a pretzel dog. The man at the counter was not very friendly and when I asked for receipt he said he couldn't give me one. I get home and the pretzel dog was really a bag of little pretzel pieces. Contacted corporate with this complaint to give them time to resolve it or do a partial refund, and they said management would contact me and I have had no communication whatsoever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No free water

When there because we saw online the new pretzel cheese sticks.
we got there we were happy because they had them advertised on the board but when we asked for them & they said we don't have them here They're just having them advertised on the board [ I think that's called false advertisement ] because if you're not making them , you shouldn't show them on the board .
So we just got our pretzel but the pretzel seemed like it was left in the cooker a little too long it taste a little burnt ... But the lemonade was good..

I MISS ALAM AND KUMAR.THEY USE TO MAKE REALY REALY GOOD FOOD AND KEEP THIS PLACE VERY NICE AND CLEAN WITH VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.BUT THIS NEW MANAGMENT IS WORSE VERY BAD FOOD AND VERY DIRTY PLACE WITH VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS STOPED GOING TO THIS PLACE SINCE NEW MANAGMENT OR OWNER TOOK OVER.

All I ordered was a small lemonade, a classic pretzel, and two cheese sauces and it was over $20! I was in utter shock. But then not only did that leave me shocked, but when I took a sip of the lemonade it was awful!! Either the lemonade fermented or when the worker went in the back of the kitchen after grabbing my cup (was strange as the lemonade was on the counter), he poured something extra into my lemonade. It tasted and smelled like straight alcohol! The first sip sent my brain buzzing and I can still taste the after taste hours later. The (only)worker wasn’t there when I tried to go back to talk to him about the lemonade, so I tossed it and walked away. I’m not sure what happened, but I will be reaching out to the manager or the customer service email I have seen here in other reviews. Just wanted to put this here as a warning.

The cashier was so rude and disrespectful we prefer a drink and large pretzel bites and he gave us a pretzel and we said pretzel bites and he throw it back all pissy then we said take the drink off because it was 8$ still 10$ for pretzels he said why when we asked to take it off and was pressuring us to buy it and asking why and he was like how much you got and was a total dick and we asked for cheese sauce he said it was 2.49$ and we said never mind and then he throw it at us and even gave us a small instead of a large

I hope this shuts down, I never ate there.

I stopped by Wetzel's Pretzels at Vancouver Mall for a quick snack, but it ended up being my last visit. The worker looked upset that I was trying to place an order, which set the tone for the experience. I should have checked the price beforehand, but $19 for cold, unimpressive Pizza Bitz that tasted old and a lemonade felt steep. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but this wasn’t it. Lesson learned—never again.

We get it’s a little busy but you can hand me my card back little boy, hire better workers that are okay with a business rush. And better attitudes. Customer service is where tips come from.

$22 for this???? I asked the cashier what was up with the price and he said well we get that a lot? I will never stop here again.
