We get it’s a little busy but you can hand me my card back little boy, hire better workers that are okay with a business rush. And better attitudes. Customer service is where tips come from.

$22 for this???? I asked the cashier what was up with the price and he said well we get that a lot? I will never stop here again.

I ordered a regular pretzel with cheese sauce and a frozen lemonade. Guy tried to charge $17 and change. When I complained, he changed the price to $15. When I sat to eat, I looked up the online menu and saw my total should have been $12.87. I complained again and the guy said that franchise owners can charge what they want. I will NEVER go here again.

Foods are good but A very pricey I ordered mini dogs cup and small lemonade they charged me $18.97 wow so expensive nowdays. It’s not a snack it’s a meal pricedFoods are good to me and my kid but way way too pricey. I wouldn’t go there anymore.

I just bought a pepperoni pretzel and a plain salted, took them to go. They are both hard, the pepperoni one is burnt on the bottom...inedible. I tried to call the store, it was a fax machine. 16.25 + a $1 tip.

One of the rudest workers. I left and went to auntie Anne’s. Interesting that he was so curt because I was going to franchise one of these and I know the owner has to work there a lot of the time. If I was the owner and my employee acted this way he wouldn’t be my employee for long.

Way to expensive for mini pretzel dogs. But a small lemonade almost 20 dollars!The mini dogs weren't that amazing and the hot dogs kept just sliding out with every bite we lost like 4 of them cause they landed on the ground so idk how they are

Addictive pretzels!! So many other options now too. I cannot eat one on my own, so it either has to be 2 meals or someone else has to be along with me!! Great friendly staff as well.

8 dollars for a lemonade and they wouldn't fill it to the top.

Cashier was rude and wouldn’t let me finish ordering before asking me for my money. We ordered some small cheese bits, cinnamon bits, and two cups of horchata and somehow the order came out to $37.99. I had a question about why the price was so high, and he was ignoring us and eventually he yelled at us and said that each cup of horchata was $14.99 and moved on to the next customer. We never got our receipt and were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a manager

I came here and ordered 2 pretzel bites and 1 pizza bite. The pizza bites looked like they had been in the warmer forever and I was handed the regular bites without salt. When I asked for salt it was just poured on top. My daughters ordered a blue raspberry smoothie and a horchata smoothie. There was some serious miscommunication and we ended up paying for 2 horchatas and a blue raspberry. I tried to correct it but he did not understand me. I usually love this place, but it was awful this time
