My spouse and I dined for the first time and will no doubt be returning customers! We have found our favorite Thai restaurant in Vancouver, Washington!

I had wanted to go to this place when they were a combination Thai and Laotian restaurant but had never gotten around to it. A friend from Portland was visiting and wanted to try it so we went. I got salad rolls to start, as well as sharing an appetizer of crab puffs (crab rangooon) that my dinner companion ordered (not thai, but that's ok). I ordered the Tom Kha as my entree. The service was pretty good and quick, and the wait staff friendly. The starters were good and came out relatively quickly. I appreciated they had the Thai condiments when I asked to make things spicy, since I found most dishes to be rather bland and overly sweet. Even the Tom Kha, which is usually a very flavorful dish was just rather bland, and my dining companion said the same of her pad Thai. I'd give them a chance again...maybe it was an off night. But everything was just kinda so so when we went, which surprised me. The interior is gorgeous so I hoped for greater things. Maybe it was an off night.

So happy to find this local gem! Few restaurants offer vegan options in Vancouver, and the choice(s) in the ones that do are pretty predictable, bland (mostly a frozen 'burger' patty that you can buy in any grocery store) and obviously an after-thought. Not so at Wild Tiger! They have many vegan dishes on the menu AND many of the rest can be made vegan- which they are happy to do! And they are full of flavor. They use a vegan 'fish' sauce that is off the hook! This is now my only go-to Thai restaurant in Vancouver!

Came for valentines dinner but didn't even get to the dinner portion, sadly. We ordered spring rolls, curry and pad Thai however after waiting over 30 mins just for an appetizer and never being checked on, we waited over another half hour trying to be understanding, only to see 3 other tables (sat after us even) get their plates before us we decided to leave. Sadly we paid for the appetizer and left. Didn't want to wait all night for two dishes. Will not return. Waiters didn't bother to check in which Was even more disappointing.

Came for a quick bite and lunch with friends. Not too busy and a good music playlist! Appetizers come very fast but however the food takes a bit longer. Not my favorite Thai restaurant but definitely one of my favorites. Very large portions of food, you will surely have left overs.Kid-friendliness: As a 10 year old me and my family love coming here and the waiters / waitresses give children time to think about what they want and don’t rush them!

Came to an early Valentines visit. First time for both wife and me. Not impressed at all. Our server was ok. Polite and helpful. Our food was terrible. Little flavor for Pad Thai chicken and lemon grass chicken... the spice tray they brought was very dirty - we barely touched our dinner. The prices were about average although $7 seems a little steep for a simple beer. As we paid the hostess asked how we enjoyed it and we told her it was disappointing. She apologized that we didn't enjoy it and asked what was wrong- we told her it just didn't have much flavor. She took our money without further comment.... Best thing was getting to enjoy my wife's company but it was a sad dinner experience.

I am so glad I found this place. The food was delicious, portions were more than adequate, and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere is great, too. Nice booths, clean, spacious. We had a server plus the manager/owner providing service for our table. They came to refill our water, asked us how the food was, checked on us throughout the meal, and were extremely knowledgeable about vegan food. Any questions we had about ingredients they didn’t hesitate to go back to the kitchen and ask about (if they didn’t already know the answer). That means a lot to me when they’re meticulous about giving you the right information. Our family loves Thai food and we’ve tried many places around Vancouver. We’re excited to have found a spot so close to home, and we’ll definitely be coming back. We had the Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Yellow Curry. Absolutely delicious.Vegetarian options: They can make many dishes vegan and are very accommodating
