I had an incredible time at Willamette Valley Vineyards! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Victor, who was kind and welcoming. He led us to our table and started our experience with a pour of their white Pinot Noir, easily one of the best white wines I’ve ever tasted.
Our server, Liana, was absolutely amazing. Our group included people with celiac disease, dairy allergies, and nut allergies, and she handled it all with so much care and professionalism. As someone with Celiac, I’ve rarely encountered a server as knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful as Liana. She took the time to check ingredients for each item we were considering and made sure we all felt safe and accommodated, all while managing several other tables.
Not only was she attentive and thoughtful, but she was also incredibly fun! One of my favorite moments was when she showed us that our wine glasses could hold an entire bottle, she had us all laughing. She truly made our visit unforgettable.
If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Liana by name. I’ll definitely be returning, she’s a big reason why!
My friends and I met up here for a wine flight and lunch and we had such a great time! The food was excellent, the vibes on the outdoor patio were great, and our server Lianna was INCREDIBLE! Very knowledgeable and kind! Lianna and the kitchen went above and beyond for the MANY food allergies at our table - I've never seen a server and staff work this hard to ensure we were safe (and that we knew we were safe).

Our friends took us to Willamette Valley Vineyards on a Saturday evening. They're in the same building (2nd floor) with Waterfront Taphouse. Service was excellent. The inside is modern with some cute cozy spots. Fun that there's live music on Sundays (4:00-7:00pm). Bottles are in the $29.00-$94.00 USD range.
- Potato wedges with caramelized onion dip ($11.00 USD) - dip tasted oddly like potato salad. Wedges were standard
- Cascadia board ($46.00 USD) - gouda, goat cheese, sheep brie, salami, capricoli, speck, olives, sliced pear, nuts and toasted bread. Pricey but best bites were the brie and salami
- Seasonal flight ($25.00 USD for 3) - 2022 Bernau Estate pinot noir, 2021 Bernau Block pinot noir and 2018 Pambrun merlot. Generous pours and we weren't rushed
One of the best places to see the waterfront. Elevated. Bridges and pier views. Food is very good but expensive.
Parking: New parking garage 2 blocked away.

Deitrich is your guy! Make sure when you reserve a table you have him. He makes the experience so fun. He’s knowledgeable, funny, and such a great host. I can’t imagine visiting this restaurant and tasting room without him.

Dylan was great and personalized our tasting to us, it was wonderful!
I visited Willamette Vineyards on the Waterfront for a work event and was pleased to have Dietrich as our server. He was absolutely wonderful with his vibrant energy, attentiveness, and knowledge on the wines. He created for a very fun and interactive experience. My whole team walked out of there raving about how great of a time we all had and accounted it to Dietrich and his charismatic personality and hospitability. The food was delightful as well. I had a mushroom allergy, so Dietrich suggested an alternative and it was divine! Thank you to the entire team of Willamette Valley Vineyards, and esp Dietrich for a lovely time. I sure will be back!

Absolutely come here. When you do request Victor! He lead us through and incredible experience and his recomendations were tailored to our preferences. Julien, the manager, is running an incredible team. And I would me remiss if I didn’t mention Ashley, our hostess. She gave us great advice on the menu. Thank you for making a lovely experience.

The atmosphere and location are great. The menu leaves something to be desired and the hostess working this afternoon was incredibly rude. I simply asked if the patio was windy and quickly got the response of “it’s the same out back as it is out front”. We sat down, skimmed the menu and decided to go to the establishment next door (which was great) between the rude service and lackluster menu. It was cold and breezy in the front of the building since it was all in the shade but there’s a wind barrier on the patio and it was sunny since it’s on the opposite side of the building so there was a distinct difference between the front and back side. We enjoyed sitting outside very much from next door.

It’s so disappointing because they have good quality wine, but for the money my boyfriend and I paid, we received low quality service. It was my birthday and they knew that and still barely acknowledged our table. We were paid minimal attention at best…As a wine lover in the area, I suggest taking your business somewhere else more affordable, as the service here does not justify the insane price.
Most places at the waterfront at underwhelming at best but WV keeps me coming back. We live near by and find ourselves returning for the excellent food and service. If possible, ask for Kathy and you will not be disappointed.
Kathy was so accommodating even when I was being needy (thanks Kathy!). The self rooted wine was out of this world. The raw oysters and gnocchi with cream sauce were out so good!
