This is only our 2nd time going and we arrived in the time online said it would be ready and as we walked in the door they called our name. Great service, food is hot a good. The staff helping us was very nice we will definitely be going back!

Ordered $60 of food for delivery. $20 of what we ordered was veggies and ranch. Didn’t get any of either. Called the store 4 times. Waited on hold for a total of 1 1/2 hours and no one answered. I was so frustrated couldn’t eat anything of what we actually received. After an hour and a half I finally just decided to eat. By then everything was cold and wings were like rubber with very little to no sauce or seasoning. Terrible experience. Paid $60 to only get half our order and throwing away the wings.

Let's break this down step by step.First the food is disgusting, everything is way too seasoned, I was given a 25-minute wait window with a pregnant woman in the car waiting for food sitting in an uncomfortable seat. They didn't get my food out for 45 minutes. Other customers came and gone with their food within 10-15 minutes but my food took 40 for whatever reason.Next the service, the service there was deplorable, you've got someone at the register who has absolutely no voice at all. They're always running off doing something instead of taking orders or helping you with your order. They spend more time yammering on very loudly about other employees instead of tending to customers.The atmosphere was the worst I've seen in a restaurant in a long time. These guys in the kitchen are playing music so loud you can't even hear yourself think. Much less communicate to the person taking my order what my order is. I had to correct her five different times because she repeated my order back to me incorrectly. Because of the loud music that the guy was playing back in the kitchen when he would start talking about other employees in a very awful way, everyone in the restaurant could hear it. I would be surprised if the people who were in the bathroom didn't hear what this guy was saying. I would be completely embarrassed to work there. I felt a great deal of secondhand embarrassment for all of the employees trying to work around this guy. Because no one was working with him.All in all service sucked atmosphere sucked and food sucks I will always and continue to go to the Wingstop out in Hazel Dell. Those guys know what they're doing they're following whatever policies Wingstop has set up, and these guys here on Mill plain are just terrible. My advice to Wingstop shut the place down.

Sophia is one of the best customer service workers I have ever come into contact with. She went above and beyond to make sure that our food came in on time, gave us extra ranch when we needed, and made the entire experience five stars. Give her a raise!

Waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes. Waited 15 just to order. Kitchen to small. Staff unorganized and over worked. Doordash folks just jerks blocking the store. Don't bother if you want food.

Amazing service! I'm not too entirely sure why the reviews on this location are the way that they are. I ordered BBQ and the Korean boneless wings with a side of seasoned fries. The lady that helped me was named Mariah and she did an amazing job and seemed very knowledgeable about the prices of extra seasonings and sauces. The staff whole staff was friendly and got orders out very quickly, especially since there was a surge of orders that came in from the time I was there. I waited to order my extra seasoning since I had asked after I placed my online order and was shocked to see how poorly the employees were treated by customers. I'm surprised with how entitled people felt to put the employees down. It's common decency to be nice, I wouldn't have put up with it as professionally as the staff did! I waited about 5 minutes and got my seasoning and went about my day. I come here frequently and will be coming back within the month! My food was ready by the time I got there, everything was hot and delicious.

Went in with our daughter for a meal before heading to our sons high school concert which begins at 7pm. Our plan was to be there to get a seat at 6:45pm. The school is only about 1 mile from the store.We get in to the store and order our food. My wife and daughter place their order and then I do mine. I see on the board that with the chicken tenders you can have 1-2 flavors. When I order my combo meal I am told I can only have 1 flavor unless I want to order the wings, fries and drink all separately. I comment how that does not make sense. They finally had someone come over and they were able to figure out how to input my order in system.Time stamp on receipt 5:58pm. Total charged to credit card $37.79We sit down and start having conversations. We start talking about the concert and my wife looks at her watch and see that it is now 6:25pm. We still don't have our food and we need to leave. I go to the counter and inquire about our order. I am told that it will be a few more minutes before it is ready. Upon hearing that I do the math in my head and know that we will not be able to eat our food and make it to the venue on time. So, I ask for a refund.I am told at that point that "No. Your food will be ready before we can process a refund as that takes a really long time. If you want, you can take your food to go." I let them know that I am not interested in eating cold food later. The whole point in ordering hot food is to eat it while it is still hot. They still continued to try to get me not to get a refund but take food to go to eat later. I still say no.Finally they start processing my refund. But while they are doing that our order comes ready. Another employee asks what they should do with our order to which she was told, "Well if they don't want it. They will waste it and we just have to throw it out."When the refund is done, I ask for a copy of the refund receipt. I was told that they could not give it to me. They said something to the fact that if the refund doesn't go through, they need something to be able to research it. I asked to take a picture of the receipt and they give me two different "void" slips. The first one is for my wife's and daughter's meals and at the bottom it says "Refund amount; $20.48" Then the second slip say "Refund amount $14.29"I quickly do the math in my head and know that the amount refunded is $3.02 less than what I paid. I point that out to the person doing the refund and she looks perplexed as to why it is different. I then look at my receipt and realize that they are not crediting me back the tax that was charged. I point that out and she tells me that they cannot refund tax, That is a state issue I need to take up with the state.She tells me that I should see my refund to my account in 7-10 days and if it doesn't show up to call the store back and she'll call her General Manager. I ask for the GM #. I was given her email and telephone number.So this morning I emailed the GM and explained as I have above here. Well, the email bounces back and not real. I then try to call the telephone number I was given; it turns out to be a fax machine!!Wish I could give no stars.

Today is Valentine’s Day. These people are efficient! They called in more people because they were so busy. They are going through orders like crazy. I took a star away because when we came in, they said they were not taking walk in orders. We would have to order on line. Which is weird to me. I feel like they should prioritize people wanting to eat in their restaurant. But I haven’t seen a team work together like this lately! IDietary restrictions: The classic wings are gluten free and so are the fries!
