Winston's British Fish N Chips

Be weary of ordering online, place possibly no longer exists. Ordered online like I did in the past. Went to pick up the food and the food truck was nowhere to be found (their sign is still out on the sidewalk though). The address they provided is a commissary kitchen and it was locked/closed. I called the support line and filed a note on the website asking for my money back, and I have not heard from them for over a week now and now I am out $55.

Best fish. Best cake. Best sausage. Seriously the best overall! WE LOVE WINSTONS! Not only is the food amazing but the people here are wonderful! So friendly and welcoming. A thousand times over, thank you for you delicious food, and thank you for the hospitality.

I had High Hopes for this place,after reading about them in the Reflector news paper. I ordered 3 Ultimate Kings Feasts. And oh man the fish was super dry. The chips were cold, wings were super dry. And that chowder was tasteless. I feel horrible that I even gave this to family it was so BAD!

Only three stars on atmosphere because come on, it's a food truck. But the food and the service? Amazing. Five stars. Highly recommend. The fish is flaky and crispy and the batter is perfect! The Piccadilly chips are so good and their tartar sauce... I didn't know tartar sauce could be so good! Unfortunately I haven't tried the princess pudding but I will! Yum. Can't get better fish n chips in this area. I love fish and chips but I never get them because none are ever good enough. Now I can come here for them from now on when I'm craving!

Food was BAD! My first 1 star review. This was the worst fish and chips I have ever had. And the worst meal I have had in a very long time. The fish was so incredibly over cooked and tasted like it may have been fried in bad old oil. It was inedible. On top of that they missed items in all 4 meals we ordered. Both fish and chip meals were missing the coleslaw and both the kids meals had no cookies. The fries were also cold. Like they had sat out a very long time. I'm seriously blown away about how bad it was. I don't take giving this kind of review lightly, but I would give zero stars if that was an option.

The man working there was nice, and no issue with the service or ordering process.

Went by there tonight to grab some fish and chips but looks like they are closed down. No food trailer there at all, just an empty space. I looked at their website and online but didn't see anything about them moving or closing so not sure what happened. I really loved their food so was disappointed not to find them at the location in Battle Ground. Hopefully, they'll open back up again.

Been here before when they were in Vancouver and it all was delicious but when I tried to go today in battle ground I couldn't find them anywhere at 317 e main st. Like the Facebook and google says.

Tried calling and it was an awkward 007 number and no one answered then the voicemail box was full. They say its open till 8 Monday-Saturday but they were no where to be found 3 hrs ago.

Tried coming here 2 times now. First time they closed about 2 hours early. Second time placed an online order and show up and the food trucks not even there. Done trying to order from this place.

Fish was excellent, fries were luke warm. Did not care for the chowder as the potatoes were mushy. But loved the wings!

Been to these guys more than once, before they moved off of Andresen. Foods good people are great, only downside is now it takes longer to get to where they are....
