they were the most expensive tacos of my live and they were nearly inedible.

If I could zero stars I would. Shame on you for treating a customer like absolute crap. First you mess up the order, then you refuse to make it right, then after being paid and tipped for a meal not even ordered you ask the customer to leave. The owner of this place is absolute trash and should NOT be a business owner. Not to mention your food is terrible and food is bland and gross. I will make sure everyone I know will know just how you treat people.

The owner is very agrumentive! Don't tell her she got an order wrong.🤯

The Best food I have ever eaten. Plus, the staff is just amazing. They take great care of their customers. My husband really lives the fish tacos. I love the taquitos. Thank you so much!!

I think this restaurant changed management or owners because I went on Friday after not having been in a while and it was so gross!! The shredded chicken was different, the rice was hard and it’s just different overall I can tell. I went in on a Friday night and it was practically empty. With so many choices for Mexican food I definitely won’t be returning.

The first time my wife and I visited this restaurant was two years ago. It was the bomb. Everything was very good considering that it's Americanized Mexican food. However, we just visited this restaurant on the evening of 10/26 and the food was horrible.
The refried beans and black beans on the plate looked more like a horrible equine bowel movement. The fish tacos were scarce in substance, and now I'm up with gastro-intestinal distress writing this review.
To top it off, the environment has a bit of an echo. And with the crappy music that was being played entirely too loud, it was difficult to hold a conversation of significance.
All in all, I would say this place has gone way down hill in the last two years. The food sucked in every way possible. The music was obnoxious to say the least.
We will not be back.

Went when they first opened and the food was bland. Went a couple years later to give them another go and we didnt make it to ordering as I asked the watress a simple question and I got such a rude, I would use other words to discribe her but this is public, response my son and I just left. If you like bland food and/or poor service this is the place foe you.

Under the new ownership, the food quality is hit and miss. Last month four of us had a delicious meal in the restaurant. Everything we ordered (appetizers, dinner, drinks) was so delicious. Last week I ordered some tacos to go. The tacos lacked flavor, and the fish was underdone. I kept my fingers crossed that I wouldn't get sick after eating them. I recommend that ownership focus on quality control to get this place back to where it once was.

This was the whitest Mexican food I have ever had outside of my dad's 'taco night'.
It really felt like they saw that tacos were popular and decided to take a whack at it.
I had the carne asada tostada.
The meat was bigger chunks than it should have been. The tortilla feel apart instantly like it was too thin. The Refried beans had no flavor. The aioli tasted like ranch which is weird even if you ignore the aioli on Mexican food in the first place.

The food itself was ok on a technical level but it was not at all Mexican.

Went here for lunch and upon arriving the restaurant looks nice. The sever/host was kind at first before we started asking questions like is it authentic and do you season the food, his reply was yeah of course. So my wife ordered some chips and salsa...the chips came out hard as a rock. We both said we came here to try the tacos so let's try so we can leave. She ordered the fish taco and I ordered a carne asada taco. The fish was seasoned well with a salad on the top and the carne asada was not seasoned well and came with only one small corn tortilla. All of this for 35.00, worth it I don't think so. Come on Vancouver you can do better than this. By the way this place has a 4.5 star rating, HOW!!!!!!
