The fries! those fries are amazing. Didn't know why they would be $7 until I ate them. If they were the only thing in the menu Yoobies would still be worth going to. But he has more to try. Cant wait to come back and try his other sandwiches.

I got the pulled pork minus the slaw and it was great! The husband and i decided we easily could have shared 1 sandwich. They are a pretty good size and it felt like it had a pound of meat on it. A little hard to pick up and eat but thankfully we were given forks (even though i just picked it up and delt with the mess lol). Fries were good too. Cant wait to try another sandwich soon!

Just finished my first sandwich and fries from Yoobies Eats and it was amazing! The pulled pork was flavorful, the slaw was crisp and fresh, and the fries and fry sauce were perfect!I can genuinely say this is the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. I will absolutely be going back.

Don't let the unassuming look of the truck fool you, this sandwich is delicious. I got the me first and the gimmie gimmies with fries and his homemade fry sauce. I'm not usually a big fry sauce person but this fry sauce is crazy good. The sandwich was great. The chicken wasn't over cooked and it was loaded with tons of chicken mushrooms peppers and tomatoes.

Ordered the BBQ beef sandwich and added jalapenos. The sandwich was amazing and had a great flavor and spice from the jalapenos. The fries were very well seasoned and had a nice crisp texture. Washed down with a Trap Door IPA, doesn't get any better than this.

Fantastic food! We recently walked by Yoobies Eats on a Saturday and there was a huge line outside of the cart before it was even open. We immediately looked the place up and read stellar reviews. Finally today we were able to try the food! The sandwich was phenomenal. The french fries were dressed up and amazing as was the dipping sauce. We will be back to try everything on the menu. Highly recommended.

The food is amazing! Easily, one of the best sandwiches I've had in quite some time. ❤️

Saw the article in the Columbian and had to give them a try. Stopped by after the farmers market today and got the pastrami & Swiss and I have to say... CAN'T BEAT IT! For $11 I was expecting thin, lunch meat style pastrami but it was 100x's better. Smoked and tasted more like brisket! Fries were fantastic as well. I wouldn't think twice about spending $20 on this. Huge portion and so, so good. Lots of napkins required!!!

I ordered the meatball sub and my husband got the pastrami. The fries were excellent, very well seasoned. I could probably drink the dipping sauce that came with them. My sandwich was very tasty. The bread was not soggy at all but it was not dry either. I liked that they sliced the meatballs in half, so you’re not just biting into this huge ball of meat. I was a little surprised there were mushrooms on it but it was still quite good.I tried my husband’s pastrami sandwich and I’ll probably be getting that the next time. I definitely recommended to my coworkers.

Due to the proximity of bars, I thought this would be typically drunk fare. Boy was I wrong. It doesn't look like much but looks are deceiving! I'd driven past this new spot a couple times and was curious. The sandwich names are musically inspired, which was fun. Walked up to inquire about the options. The dude was talking about the demi glacé sauce on the meatball sub. He's clearly a foodie, but down to earth. We tried the pulled pork and the bbq chicken, both with fries. All the sauces were handmade and it was obvious this guy loves feeding people. It was a ton of food for the price and super delicious. The half sandwich was more than enough for me. The full sandwich was more than my partner could finish. We'll be back!

I've eaten here a few times and while all of the sandwiches are really tasty, the new chicken/bacon/ranch is my favorite. It's perfect weekend comfort food With tomatoes, bell peppers, sauteed mushrooms, and pickled jalapenos, it has just the right amount of heat. The fries are also really good, with sauteed garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chives on top. And while I'm normally a ketchup guy, the fry sauce is excellent (something with a little Chipotle I'm it I think). While there is seating there, you can take your food inside at Trap Door Brewing just 100 feet or so south of the cart.

Friendly and prompt service with killer sandwiches. Seriously incredible flavor. We tried the pastrami and the me first and the gimme gimmes and both were phenomenal. So much flavor, so much food! The fries are insane as well. He’s doing something very very right inside of this food truck.

I showed up at 5:30 a half an hour before they closed. Only one person in front of me. After 30 min they didn't take my order or the person in front of me. Don't get me wrong the food smelled amazing. Just not willing to wait an hour for a food truck to take my order and get my food. I left and will not be back. Not sure how they got a 5 star rating.

I've had 3 different sandwiches here and they're all amazing! The garlic parm and chive fries are equally tasty! The owner is a real nice and down to earth guy, price is very reasonable as well!
