The ice cream was ok but the service was poor. I think the customer experience would be vastly improved with some employee training. Of the two young people staffing the counter, the best I could say is that one was sort of nice and the other clearly wanted to be somewhere else. Both times we visited, not a single table was clean. That’s not an exaggeration. I checked each table hoping to find a clean spot for my group. Most simply had containers and used napkins left behind by previous customers, easily cleaned up with little effort. I settled for a table with dried out ice cream stains. All the other customers were seated in the adjoining business “Pop Pop Bottle Shop” which seemed to be kept cleaner.
Both visits were nearly identical: store employees were speaking to young people their age whom we at first took to be customers. To their credit, they disengaged when we showed up so that we could be served. But no greeting was given either time and they just stood and stared at us until we started ordering. Right after serving us, the employees returned to chatting with their friends and the tables remained in need of tidying up. I don’t like to leave critical reviews based on a single visit. One such experience I’d disregard as an off-day but two nearly identically sad visits make me wonder about the tepid service culture here.
Mint chocolate chip tasted like toothpaste. My son loves ice cream and he didn't like it so there ya go. Bummed out flavors weren't great for the price. Not sure if it was just that batch of ice cream. This was on Father's Day.
Went today and had their lemon poppyseed & cookie dough. Both were delicious, but the lemon poppyseed might be the BEST fruit-flavored ice cream I’ve ever had!
Also, so many fun arcade games and the decor is delightful. Will be going again the next time I venture over to Vashon 🍦
Amazing selection from fresh local ingredients. This ice cream is delicious. There are gluten-free cones as well. Retro video games are also sprinkled throughout.
The vibe was great and the games are even better
Cool atmosphere with all the arcade games and quite tasty ice cream. The teenagers working there seemed bored, though, and didn't even say hello. Just stared at me awkwardly.
Yummy options and sizes for ice cream. Kids loved the interior fun decor and arcade games. Had a strawberry scoop and a cookie dough. Youngest had a swirl. Scoops are large and easily shareable.

I was a little disappointed about the limited selection of flavors but it was a nice little treat after dinner.
On June 17th around 8:40 I entered this establishment craving a good ice cream cone. I was astonished as I pan over to see a chocolate brownie flavor. I order it on a cake cone. The whole time I was waiting for my cone the man would only talk to his coworker and almost ignore the other people I came in with. I receive my cone and i get a cut in half cake cone pretty much. The man stated that it was “only a little broken” and proceeded to laugh at me. Ice cream was good though thanks.
