We Love Ruby Brink!
Burger night—say no more…! The beef dip sandwich on the lunch menu is another favorite. We love eating here for so many reasons though.
This isn’t a “high staff turnover” type restaurant where you’ll be greeted by stressed out workers plastered with fake smiles fighting over tables like you might be used you. My bf and I are in town for a meatsmithing class and it’s important to us that when we travel we strictly eat foods that support the community that is hosting us.
We struck gold today when we visited The Ruby Brink!
We left with the Meat & Noodle, as well as the Braised Beef on Rice. Not only was every ingredient locally sourced, both dishes were rich in flavor, excellently and skillfully prepared, and were incredibly satisfying!
