The food was delicious and everything was really fresh. I had the vegetarian noodles and it was great: the mushrooms and the tomatoes were fresh and tasty, the broth really good, but what really impressed me was the boiled egg. I could have had 5 of those at once. The desserts are well done as well. And the staff very friendly.

It was a fine experience. Nothing spectacular. I think it was a bit overpriced for what you get. I do enjoy that it's dog friendly, and the appetizers are good! The little meat plates and the bread were definitely the best parts.
Parking: Street parking only, unless you park at the shopping center nearby.

The Ruby Brink’s beautiful back patio was the perfect setting to host our rehearsal dinner. Lauren crafted an incredible evening, treating our guests with an endless flow of delicious food and unique cocktails. The entire Ruby Brink team took care of everything, allowing us to be at ease and enjoy the evening with our close friends.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to Kathleen and Daniel, our amazing servers, who took such great care of all our guests.
Thank you, Ruby Brink, for making our rehearsal dinner unforgettable! We highly recommend them for any special occasion.

I’ve been here twice and both times gotten the meat and noodles brunch dish. It is the favorite thing of mine I’ve eaten in seattle since moving here in 2020. Everything is fresh and delicious, the broth is wonderfully rich and the soft boiled egg is perfect.
Biscuit and jam is fantastic.
We’ve come with our little one both times and they have been very welcoming, but the family dining area is very small, with the 21+ seating being the majority of the tables, so be aware if you’re coming with kids.

I can't judge food or atmosphere.
On Saturday 7/20 I searched on Google for a dog friendly restaurant, The Ruby Brink came out with good reviews. I stepped in to check waiting time with the host for 2 people with 2 dogs, she told me dogs allowed only in the patio (expected) and gave me 45 minutes wait. I left name and phone #.
Meanwhile we opted for another dog friendly place with less waiting time, so I stepped back in The Ruby Brink to cancel my reservation. I had to wait few minutes to speak with the same host while she was welcoming a 4 persons party that got immediately sat in the same patio I should have waited 45 minutes to sit. It might be "dog friendly", but dogs not very welcome.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I was not a fan all around. I went it for late lunch / early dinner and it was pretty slow.
The menu wasn’t super easy to read, after I ordered a drink and app, they never checked on me again. Before I was served my drink ( again it was very slow and they had a lot of staff), one of the bar tenders made a drink for one of the servers. I’ve never seen this before and I worked in restaurants and bars for 5+ years. It was in their bar glasses (stem and all).
The majority of the staff were over in the other corner of the bar talking and joking around. I got my appetizer and there were way more chips than dip and a lot was left on the plate. The salmon dip was good, but that was it.
The person helping me might have been new as he had a notebook with him and kept pulling out his phone.
For a restaurant that’s supposed to be very nice, the service wasn’t good, the food felt overpriced and it was just disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

They were out of the dish I wanted with salmon but it was a festival weekend so it happens. The staff happily went over the whole menu with me till I could find something else I wanted. I have a few restrictions. I got the meatballs, a lemon dill dreaminess. It’s also a butcher shop so everything is made in house and you can tell. Except the salmon, of course. ? Sat at the bar. The seats are one piece of leather laced onto a metal frame and cut into the back of my thighs. Beautiful but super uncomfortable. And if you know anything about my reviews, comfortable seating is a must. Just want to shout out to the staff again for being open late, super engaging and welcoming on a very tiring weekend.

My husband and I have checked this place out for lunch and the whole experience was pretty odd. It was a little difficult to order because you had to do it at the bar, but no big deal we got our order in. We did have to wait quite a long time considering we only ordered a sandwich to share, salad and some summer sausage. It took about 20-ish minutes to get her food which seems a little crazy considering how few tables were in once we got our food. The portions were really small, especially considering how much they are charging. Incredibly acidic and lacked any real flavor other than acid. The servers also took a while to come give us silverware after our food arrived. Overall, the experience was really disappointing, and I feel like we wasted our money.
In the end, the the biggest Takeaway was that the food was way overpriced, way too acidic, and the service was overall lacking. Would not recommend.

Stopped here on a whim while we were in town and we were not disappointed. I don’t remember everything we ordered, but my friends soup was amazing and the side of collard greens I had with my biscuit and gravy were perfect.
