Stopped here on a whim while we were in town and we were not disappointed. I don’t remember everything we ordered, but my friends soup was amazing and the side of collard greens I had with my biscuit and gravy were perfect.

The drinks were amazing, the service was amazing, we let the bartender make us random drinks we just said what we liked about a drink or desired in a drink and they really made some amazing drinks for us. The food was great, and really felt they set the bar for a night out, getting drinks and desert.

Great restaurant for local and fresh food. The jowl bacon meat & noodle dish was particularly delicious. They also have a butcher section where you can order meats and cheeses. We took home a rib eye that turned out

The Ruby Brink is an absolute gem nestled on Vashon Island, and my recent experience there was nothing short of magical. After a day of cycling with a group of nine friends on Sunday, 12/3, we found ourselves in need of sustenance. Having been turned away by another eatery due to an hour-long wait, we serendipitously stumbled upon The Ruby Brink, and it turned out to be a stroke of luck. From the moment we crossed the threshold, the hospitality we received was beyond compare. Despite the sudden influx of our large group, the staff went above and beyond, swiftly arranging a table for ten and attending to our needs with unparalleled dedication. My culinary adventure began with their Irish coffee, - a drink I've had numerous times before, but never quite like this. The initial sip was a revelation, an elixir that demanded my full attention, whisking me away from my friends' lively banter. The blend of flavors was so captivating that it felt like a cosmic journey for my taste buds. It was as if I had been transported to a realm solely dedicated to savoring this divine potion. Coming back to reality from that coffee-induced trance was akin to returning from an otherworldly experience - a testament to the sheer brilliance of The Ruby Brink's concoctions. The pinnacle of this gastronomic journey was the biscuits and gravy with a soft egg. As a self-proclaimed biscuits and gravy enthusiast, I've explored this dish across continents, yet none have compared to the sheer delight presented on my plate at The Ruby Brink. Each bite was a revelation, a symphony of flavors that left me in awe of the culinary mastery behind this delectable masterpiece. Moreover, the ambiance and warmth of the setting added an extra layer of comfort and enjoyment to our dining experience. The cozy atmosphere enveloped us, making us feel like cherished guests rather than mere patrons.Kudos to the dedicated team at The Ruby Brink for an unforgettable dining experience that transcended mere satisfaction and ventured into the realm of pure delight - VERY WELL DONE!!

Wonderful locally sourced menu. Limited seating if you have children. No kids in the bar area, of course. Not cheap but very tasty.

$81 (including 20% tip) for 1 cold cut sandwich with cold bread that was hard as a rock, a bowl of soup, and two dip sandwiches. We chose to sit outside on the patio (even though we were told it was closed for the season) because we had our little pup with us, but told we’d have to come in and check on our food to see if it was done. Went in to check and was told by another worker they’d bring it out to us…? make up your minds TRB!Won’t be back, I’ve had better sandwich experiences at Subway.

Great bar and food. Had the chance to sample many of their meats from the meat counter at a separate event and it was all very good. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. We sat at the bar in the afternoon before heading off the the ferry and also share their scratch made biscuits and they are really good too.

Love the patio here and inside is fine too. The broth and meat is yummy and the sausage on a roll is too. The flatbreads tend to be a bit rich for me, so maybe better shared or when you’re in that mood. This is a nice place to dine with a friend.
