Ordering experience terrible. Waited a long time at the window I was told it was because of the fish for the fish taco. OK. I get that. But only one drink of two drinks was given. Food finally came to the window and I asked that person about my other drink, a strawberry Sprite popper. He'd never heard of it and set my food down inside to go ask someone. The girl who'd given me my first drink came and made my drink. Got home and my order was a mess. Asked for sauce for the fish taco on the side and it wasn't, even though they repeated back to me when I ordered. Crispy chicken taco was missing, fries were undercooked, and hamburger had onion even though I asked for it without onion. The girl who gave me my drinks, who I think was the person who took my order over the intercom, was nice, the only positive about my experience. Will go to College Place Del Taco from now on.

Help was fantastic.My order outcome was not so great. Nothingness.I have nothing to recommend here.Since I don't eat meats, I expected a little more of everything else.The return comment I received was just Thank You. That's it after I made it clear, yet politely, that I was unhappy. Threw the shells away. They were rock hard & stale.

Horrible service the workers all act like they dont want to be there, one girl was a pretty good employee and got everything good the 2nd time i went, no matter what though it takes anywhere from 20-40 minutes to receive “Fast food” they told me to pull up to the window i sat there with no one telling me anything for about 30mins then she came with the order done lol

I arrived at the drive-through 7 minutes before closing on Chrisman Eve. The food was fresh, tasted great. The gal at the window was cheerful and sweet even for working so late Christmas Eve.Service was definitely 5 star! Food was 5 star for the type of restaurant. ?Vegetarian options: You can ask for any menu item to be vegetarian and they happily make it.
Tried this place three times since it opened. First couple were closer to opening so I didn't think much about it. Just went again and it was terrible. Place is awful compared to the one by walmart.

OK, 5 stars for fast food tacos? We like the prices, cleanliness, and menu. Is it fine dining? That's the wrong question. Is it quality quick food at a reasonable price..... that's it.

Hesitant to come here because of the initial reviews that were written when they opened but the service was as good as it gets. We waited one minute to place our order and got our food one minute later - piping hot. We didn't experience any of the issues that have been described and the staff was deftly handing drive-thru and in-store customers during peak lunch. Looks like they ironed out whatever hiccups that were present at the beginning.We'll definitely be going back when we need to satisfy a craving or two.

I pulled up to the drive through and there was 3 cars so I went inside. I stood around and waited for over 10 minutes and nobody was at the counter to help. I ended up walking out and going across the street to Burger King. This has happened a couple of times. The one in College Place are super friendly in fully staffed.
Who can complain about tacos? This is right up the road from my work and I eat here regularly. The food is very good and a great price.

I hadn't't eaten all day so I grabbed a bite on the go only to realize there was mold all over the bun. Definitely a turn off!
