I have been to this bakery a couple of times and always had the absolute best customer service. This morning I went in to order a cake and saw their generosity towards others. While I was paying for my cake order a homeless man came in to offer to sweep their floors so he could get a pastry. The young gal at the front asked him what he would like and then offered a hot coffee with it. Great place to buy day old pastries. Service with a smile.... except, There's one lady who is always on the verge of tears every day. Doesn't bother me too much, as it seems to just be her personality and not a crisis, but it's a stark contrast to everyone else
