“Great place! I visited from the Tri-Cities and met Gilda. She was friendly and let me try something before I bought it to make sure I enjoyed it. Everything I bought was delicious! The fritter, donut, cinnamon roll, quiche, pie, cookie, and dinner rolls. I always look for GF bakeries that sell pastries vs. bakery items because it's easy enough to make cakes at home with a mix. I appreciated the variety of items and will definitely be back.“

Franz Gluten Free Hotdog Buns

“Franz Outlet Stores well the best reusable grocery bags! They only cost like $1.50 and the size is perfect. They can hold upto approximately 25lbs! Haven’t had one break and I use them all the time. I think our state needs to do away with plastic bags and IF you don’t bring your own then charge for paper ones. Maybe then more people would purchase their own reusable bags... Franz Bags are the best!!!“

“Prepare yourself to have to pick your jaw up off the floor… Super friendly staff make you feel welcome and you will have the hardest time choosing what to take with you! The apple danish was fresh and beautifully made with the most crisp flaky pastry. The canale was really fun with the crispy exterior and a soft almost custard like interior. You could literally come back every day and get something different and be wowed each time.“

Downtown Farmers Market Bakery • $$
106 W Main St, Walla Walla

“I walked down there, for exercise fresh air and to check out everyone's items being sold. Although some of the produce seemed a little higher than I expected, there were a lot of choices in the fruits and veggies. There were a lot of food vendors with a lot of tasty looking offerings and several vendors with hand crafted items like the iron works booth where you can watch the items made out of hot iron on an anvil. And wine barrel crafted furniture and other items. A great way to enjoy your Saturday mornings through the summer.“

“The only reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 star review is because my wife and I need to expand on this menu in order to give the place the rating it deserves. The pastires that we did have were amazing, fresh, full of flavor, and gone before we got 1/3 of the way home. I would definately recommend anyone in the area drop in for at least a pastry.“

“Their donuts are reliably delicious! The maple bars and apple fritters are a must try. I've recently started getting their breakfast and lunch menus items and have yet to be disappointed. I personally think there's better coffee in town for the price, and the fact that they are closed all weekend long is a bummer. But you can tell, locals love it.“
