I went for the frites and was not disappointed! As a celiac, a dedicated gluten-free fryer gets me every time. The frites were flavorful and crispy, so salty and just everything a good fry should be. I also ordered the Nicoise salad, another favorite of mine, and it was wonderful. After speaking with the staff, I was told that pretty much everything on the menu could be made gluten-free (not the bread made at an outside facility), but note that there aren't a lot of vegetarian,...
Dinner and service were wonderful. Sitting at the bar was fine, but the arrangement of our seats meant my wife and I had purse hooks poking us in the legs if we moved slightly wrong. Sadly, there was no room to move the stools because of other patrons.
Brasserie Four is an outstanding French restaurant with all the elements in place for a guaranteed premium dining experience. Definitely a favorite in my culinary destinations here in WA!
