I have eaten here many time’s with my family. Consistent, quality, tasty. But this evening was different. We are outside at the wagon. When our food came out all 4 burgers were not warm. Cheese not melted, patty not warm. It was as though the patty was precooked and sitting in a warmer. Disappointing this time. If this occurred next time, I will take the food back. But for today they get a pass.

The food was honestly good but i paid for 2 fries and only got one so thats a bummer but the burgers were honestly good just a little small and the fries were really nice but overrall the food was good i just think the qualify of your food needs to increase to be honest

Ordered two burgers online 30 minutes later food not ready workers out back on there phone piss poor service. Food is decent but it was just burgers

My wife and I love Counter Side and end up going a couple times a month. The fries are great and they have a delicious plant-based patty. The workers are fast and friendly, but we have been ordering online for pickup lately. Seating is outdoor-only, so we order to-go on hot summer days.
Vegetarian options: There is a beyond meat patty that can be substituted on any burger for an additional $2.
