The food at Counter Burgers and Fries in Walla Walla was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The staff were so kind and welcoming — especially my server, London, who was incredibly sweet, efficient, and had such a warm smile that made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — great food, great service, and a really friendly atmosphere!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew at the Counter Side Burger! Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to make the experience amazing. From the moment you walk through the door, he greets you with genuine energy and a friendly smile that makes you feel welcome right away. You can tell he cares about both the customers and the quality of his work whether it’s taking orders quickly and accurately, making great recommendations, or double-checking to make sure everything comes out perfect.

Owen Wells professionalism also stands out, but what really makes him special is his attitude. He’s patient, respectful, and always willing to help even during the busiest rushes, he stays calm and makes sure every customer feels valued. It’s rare to see someone who balances speed, efficiency, and personality so well, and he does it every single time.

Honestly, workers like Andrew are the reason I keep coming back. He sets the bar high for customer service and makes Counter Side Burger not just a place to eat, but a place where you feel taken care of. If management sees this, Andrew definitely deserves recognition he’s the kind of employee every business should be lucky to have.

Decided to try Counter side burgers for the first time definitely not going back. Food was cold bun was stale and the workers were just goofing around waited 20 minutes more from my time to pick up my order. Better service and burgers elsewhere.👎

Not good on DoorDash at least. Thin milkshakes, burgers were sloppy but okay. Too expensive and they don’t use dashpass. Probably once and done

This place is awesome, great amount of foot for the price. Worth dropping for lunch. Totally love the Milkshake combo with cheeseburger and fries!
