My son and I came in for a late night snack and dessert. Our server crystal was very sweet and accommodating to my son as well as another elderly customer sitting near. Watching her kindness and amazing service made our experience great.
Our visit to Dennys was exceptional recently! Waitress Crystal is hands down one of the best we’ve ever had! She went above and beyond to make sure every part of our meal was perfect. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, our food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked on us just the right amount. Her positive attitude and amazing customer service...
It was very empty in the restaurant when I came in today. Heidi, the waitress, helped to walk me through finding exactly what I would like. She recommended having my Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich on 7 grain bread and have it toasted rather than grilled as I don't like the flavor of the oil or butter that's otherwise used and I like 7 grain bread better than sourdough. It was delicious. The service from her was great, as usual. Keep her around!
