We have a joke about it being “Slow Eddy’s” instead of Fast Eddy’s. However this is a small slow town, no need to rush. So we never minded that. Also there are a big majority of high school students working here. For their first jobs they are doing great (keep that in mind). The food while not the best is still great, it is an old school style drive-up not 5 star dining (a lot of reviews seems to forget that). The taste is on par with the atmosphere and theme. Honestly...
Man I hate leaving anything less then an awesome review, especially at a locally owned business. That said, I would be a liar if I said I wasn't disappointed. It had been a couple years since my last visit so I called in an order for a jalapeno cheddar burger with grilled onions. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, got there and it was a full 30 minutes before I got my food. I understand if it's busy, but there were only a couple other people there. No problem...
I had their hot dog with sauerkraut and garlic fries, plus a small pineapple shake made with real pineapple that was so thick, I had to let it melt a bit to drink it. But it's delicious too.
