I have dined at fiasco several times and it’s always been lovely, but last night was beyond. We were there as part of a large party (one of three that evening, which for a smaller kitchen, could be overwhelming). The service was incredible. She was funny and attentive, and she met our needs all night. I found her to be very communicative, specifically when taking our order, which she did staggered but was clear in her reasoning that the pizza oven can only hold seven pizzas...
Love the mushroom bruschetta. The pizza is delightful. On our latest visit, we tried the fig & rosemary and the charred pepperoni with hot honey. We've also enjoyed counter seating at the bar. Happy they serve peirano beer
This place is hustling and bustling. I went in with a large group (had a reservation) and had fantastic service.
The food and drinks came out quicker than I expected with how busy it was. The drinks are amazingggg although we did have one person in our party that was under 21 and his options were limited or extremely pricey for being nonalcoholic. We got a couple of appetizers and several pizzas and all we fantastic.
You cannot do substitutions on signature pizzas...
