I ordered 2 orders of 3 chicken legs with mashed potatoes and a biscuit, and one iced tea. Bill was $30.50. I was told I could get only 3 original legs and 3 extra crispy because the original would take 20 more minutes to cook. I had to ask for the iced tea 3 times. I ended up getting all 6 legs extra crispy. I havent had a KFC biscuit in years, and this one was horrible--half the size as I remember and crumbly, falling apart, with a bad aftertaste. Mashed potatoes were okay--not great--but in a container 1/3 of the size a few years ago.There was so little ice in my tea, my husband went in to get me more ice and was charged over $2 for a medium cup of ice. The food isn't great, the service isn't great, and the prices are atrocious. Won't be back.

What is with the drive through lately?! I thought this was supposed to be fast food! Today, I was told to park along the side, something that seems to be a regular occurrence. There were 4 cars already parked there when I pulled around. After about 10 minutes one of the cars already parked when I got there, got out and went inside, then came back out with their food a few minutes later. Then another car went in and had to grab their food. As that person came out with their food they told me that I was better off going in, she had already been waiting 20 minutes and she said her food was just sitting there waiting when she went in. So I go in, this point I had been waiting 15 minutes and get my food and was handed it right away, meaning it was already ready to go, they just didn't bother to bring it out! They are so worried about getting people out of the drive through line but what is the point if you then sit in the parking lot for 20 + minutes!
The sandwich Is always good....but I also got a pot pie....something has been done to recipe....the crust was different, the filling was different...and NOT in a good way....will not order again!!!!!

They did it again! Out of all the times I have ordered from this kfc in the last 3+ years they have literally only gotten it right once (literally). But don’t try to complain to corporate. That’s even more of a joke. And if they forget your biscuit, they will tell you you have to go back online to reorder it and then get reimbursed! ??????????????? God help this little town.
Ordered 8 piece family meal. Instead of two breasts we got two extra thighs. Instead of 4 biscuits we got nothing. This has happened before. I think they do it on purpose. What a rip off.

Wow ,best fried chicken I’ve had in a while ,was told there’s new management and it definitely shows ,food tastes great and the inside is getting there slowly but surely you can see the nice fine dining aesthetic they’re trying to do ,amazing hospitality ?
Vegetarian options: They have nuggets made of plants and burgers as well!
Dietary restrictions: Just simply ask if you want something altered a real business want take it personally
Next time ask if customers need plastic ware or napkins.

Went there for a burger and a root beer float. The burger was good, I think it was a BBQ burger of some kind. My wife liked it. However the root beer float was very icy, not creamy like I expected I wouldn't order it again.
