We asked for a oreo shake, and instead, they gave us an Oreo MC flurry. Then, when we said we wanted a shake, they took back the MC flurry and got annoyed we wanted a shake. Then, they told us they didn't have the shake and they never did even with it advertised on the board. The people in the back got very annoyed with us and acted like it wasn't their problem. Do not go here if you want good service.

Kiosk order. Took way too long. I later ordered a coffee and they needed to brew it. It too took a long time. I reminded them about it before leaving and she grabbed it off the back counter along with the coffee for another customer that both had already been poured. It was less than hot.

I ordered a happy meal and a strawberry banana smoothie thru the drive thu. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my smoothie. After 4 minutes someone came out to ask me to pull more forward?? There was plenty of room behind me for other cars to exit. Over 5 minutes after that someone comes out with a bag of burgers asking if I ordered a quarter pounder.... no! I told her I have been waiting for 10 minutes for my smoothie. 17 cars behind me in line had left already. She comes out with a smoothie a few minutes later and just hands it to me... its a mango pineapple smoothie. Not even the right flavor. Next time I will not be pulling forward. I don't do big orders thru the drive thru. Thank goodness these people aren't in charge of anything more important.

So went thru the drive thru n they forgot a big mac. Had to drive all the way back to get a big mac. I drove up in drive thru n they already had the big mac ready n just handed me a bag. I asked if it was fresh n they said yes. I beg to differ..it took me 10 min to go back to get it and it was dry n not very tasty. I would expect a hot sandwish after going back to pick it up. I do understand mistakes happen, I just don't think it was freshly cooked.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.Dietary restrictions: allows me to get all my nutritional needs and as much Mcchicken sauce as I want

After a long night of fighting fire we saw the mcdonalds was the only late night option. With the drive thru open till 12 and dining open till 11, our arrival was 10:24. With a smile the entire staff locked the door in front of us as we made our way across the parking lot. Highly highly do not recommend as both the entire staff including the manager watched with a smile.
