I ordered a happy meal and a strawberry banana smoothie thru the drive thu. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my smoothie. After 4 minutes someone came out to ask me to pull more forward?? There was plenty of room behind me for other cars to exit. Over 5 minutes after that someone comes out with a bag of burgers asking if I ordered a quarter pounder.... no! Kiosk order. Took way too long. I later ordered a coffee and they needed to brew it. It too took a long time. I reminded them about it before leaving and she grabbed it off the back counter along with the coffee for another customer that both had already been poured. It was less than hot.
