This has been a go to lunch / dinner spot for my husband and I for years. I’m from Seattle originally and was shocked to find an actually good sushi place in Walla Walla considering how landlocked it is. They fly the fish in super fresh daily and it tastes like it. Highly recommend their poke bowls and sushi. They have a decent pho as well. If I’m getting Asian food in Walla Walla this is where I go.
The food overall was just OK. The gyoza and shumai were no better than store bought frozen appetizers and the sushi was nothing special. The chirasi bowl advertised 18 pieces of fish but included tamago and imitation crab as part of the offering. Also, the staff didn't know the difference between o-toro and chu-toro so I guess I was expecting too much from the restaurant.
