Smith's Family Restaurant

I didn't really know what to expect, as it was my first time here. Seems like a nice small community business. The atmosphere was pretty cozy and warm. The service wasn't the best but it wasn't terrible. Nobody was in a particular rush to take our orders but it didn't take forever either. Honestly, the whole experience was hit or miss. Smith's is a great family restaurant. It's rather old fashioned. I gotta say, I have had crepes in just about every restaurant in town and Smith's has the best. They are thin, light, and crisp on the edge. Have them warm the fruit, they will be glad to do it.

The atmosphere is nice. A most awesome salad-soups-desserts bar according to my husband, ha ha ha, he likes the "all-you-can-eat" option. The food is great. Several kinds of soups to choose from. Mid-range prices but well worth every penny. Friendly staff (our granddaughter works here so no bias at all, ha ha ha). Sports (muted sound) on TV's throughout the restaurant. Great for families. Banquet room. We enjoy our visits.
