I enjoyed the live band, service and food/cocktail quality overall. I have never been to this area so was unsure what to expect. The drinks were solid and fast. The service and food is surprisingly better than I expected. Their Cornbread, Sausage and ribs were all very tasty. I have a hard time ranking establishments because there are levels and intentions for establishments. I believe the 3 star looks low as I enjoyed the staff and the experience. It is a fun tavern.
We came in for a quick dinner and a couple of drinks. The atmosphere seemed like it would be a great place for a fun weekend night. My brisket sandwich was really good. The poutine fries were a little under cooked. The cocktails were really good.
Staff is very sweet, food is good, and the experience is always fun. Whenever we have guests from out of town, we bring them to t post. They have definitely made improvements and worked out the kinks since opening.
