First time stopping in Tucannon Tavern.
What a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed a bottle of wine with our group, pre dinner at another restaurant. The staff was nice and cheery.
Will put this on our list of returning for apps and dinner.

I think they have fixed the poor service problem. We had excellent food and service. The shotgun shrimp and the fancy greens salad were outstanding mixes of flavor!
Food was super delicious!!! I was so full and salmon came with a side salad. Super nice staff and an open kitchen which I thought was cool!

Tucannon Tavern is a downtown spot on Main St where the east and west ends meet, next to Bright’s Candies. Reviewers say it offers a pleasant surprise with a bottle of wine and mozzarella cheese sticks that look amazing. The staff is nice, cheery, super nice, and friendly, and service has improved after a past poor service problem. Food is excellent, super delicious, and includes shotgun shrimp, fancy greens salad, salmon with side salad, cauliflower that stays hot, and a smash burger that is a delight. The open kitchen and board and card games create a fun atmosphere. Prices are good, and food arrives fast, making it a good place to return for apps and dinner.
